Giovanni and Thomas very professional and great at communicating the entire process and did a great job, very impressive! This team knows what and how to get it done right.
Also Kelvin performed my entire home carpet cleaning and was very professional and paid attention to all details and did a great job!

If I could give 10 stars, I would! The team went above and beyond to fit me in during a family emergency, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. Adrian was professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough — the best cleaning I’ve ever had. No other company even comes close. Highly recommend this location for exceptional quality and care! This is the best service experience I’ve had in a long time!

Carlos was professional, prompt and efficient. He was also able to remove several stains out of our carpet. We received service the same day we called for a quote.

Friendly, efficient, and professional. The service was great but I do wish it was made more clear that furniture, even very small light items would not be moved. I had a standing mirror and weight bench that I would’ve moved had I realized. It was our first time having this done so now I know for the future.

Thanks Stanley Steemer for a great day! I called on Thursday and Jackie got us in on Saturday. Patrick came promptly and tackled the sticky glue left all over our brand new LVT tile floor that was installed recently (and incorrectly - TWICE!!) by a restoration company’s unskilled workers. Patrick also had our old carpeting and upholstery looking like new. What a personable, hardworking young man! We will definitely be calling again to have Patrick back for future work!

I can not say enough good about my experience with Stanley Steemer. Sarone & Chad did an exceptional job from start to finish with my 3 rooms, hallways and stairs carpet cleaning job👍 They were very professional, knowledgeable, and extremley friendly. Made it a point to keep me constantly updated, we're quick to answer any questions I had and attended to all my needs requested. The carpets now look like new. I will not hesitate to contact Stanley Steemer for any needs in the future and will definitely request for Sarone and Chad to be my technicians again. Top Notch All Around!!

They were a exceptional crew.I would definitely recommend them to anyone that I know....In the future if needed, I want the same technicians, they went above and beyond with the service, they explained everything directly to me, very professional outstanding service. I had duct cleaning and also a UV light installed. My family and I can definitely breathe better. Highly recommended if you need duct, cleaning or have allergies.

We just purchased a new house, and needed the carpets cleaned before we started moving in. There were several areas with some fairly heavy stains and traffic patters, and we were just hoping for the best to not have to worry about replacing the carpet right away. Darian did a wonderful job concentrating the stains and traffic patterns, and focused on those areas, and it turned out so much better than we expected. We are so grateful that we have one less big expense to add onto our move!

Continued… we just had Stanley Steemer come back out to our home to perform HVAC and Dryer vent cleaning. Ciera and Lestat were very friendly and thorough in preparing and cleaning our in-slab ductwork and dryer vent. They provided before and after pictures along the way, and did a final walk-through to make sure everything was picked up and back the way it was. This is our first time using Stanley Steemer for ductwork and vent cleaning, and will definitely use them again in the future.

I am absolutely blown away by the great job. I really didn't think that the carpet was going to turn out so well. He really took a little extra time on the hard spots and made it look great. Very much appreciated and highly recommend my technician.

Keith, Micah, and Brian were great! They cleaned up my air ducts at my business really well. Showed me before and after pictures. And cleaned up the remaining dust around the vents. They did very well and I would recommend them again.
