I had yellow jackets under my porch, Alex was professional and explained what he was doing. I can sit on my porch now with out fear of yellow jackets attacking me. The smell of the stuff that he used did get into the house, but it did not last long. He walked around the house and showed me some spots where there may have been critter holes.

I'm not impressed. I was a field service engineer for one of the largest computer power companies in the world. So I know what it takes to be a good customer representative. This guy rushed around. Half assed the cleaning of the soffit. I told him the only spot I've ever seen a spider is on the corner of my porch. I would have thought he could have put pesticide dust on his brush to get the spider. But nope. I went back and pointed out where spider web was in the grooves of the soffit. Then he cleaned it. But again between wiping down some of my soffit and spraying. Then throwing down some sort of pesticide granules. And really not doing a good job of that since he didn't hit every spot needed. I'm going to say the money isn't worth it. Not with this guy doing it. He was done in 20 minutes and sat in his truck for another 10 like he had a GPS tracking his vehicle. Not impressed

The pest control specialist listened patiently to my concerns and answered all my questions. We walked around my property as I pointed things out to him that might need attention and he was more than happy to accommodate my needs.

David was professional and explained everything as he was assessing my house. David arrived the next day promptly and went right to work. I would recommend this company to my friends.

Greenix is very fast, I got next day service, fair pricing and Dave is very professional and thorough at his job.

I had a problem with Yellow Jackets under my front porch. I tried everything I could think of myself to take care of the bees but nothing worked. The experience from the minute I made the call to Greenix to talk to someone about my bee problem to the person that came out to treat the problem was OUTSTANDING!!!. The bees were gone by the evening and so far, four days later they have not returned. I am so glad I made the call for a professional to take care of these bees before someone got hurt. I would recommend Greenix 100%.

Dave S. Was extremely polite and professional, and walked the entire perimeter of my home with me helping to navigate what I needed exactly. He couldn’t have been more kind as a single mom. I appreciate all tips to make sure my kids and I are taken care of. I couldn’t recommend him more!

Service man arrived promptly and removed hornet's nest. Now we wait to make sure the hornets do not return. Good service and very pleasant agent did the job quickly.
