Reader Heating and cooling did a wonderful job installing a furnace in our house. There was 2016 came and the weather started getting cold. The new furnace was not coming on. I called Reader who sent out a tech asap and got the furnace issue resolved and all is good. I am going to call them again to do something for my gutters from the heavy winds.

My heat went out and I called them, they came out in less than two hours from first call my furnace was fixed. Great service and price was great even though it was the weekend. Service technician was very friendly. Will only call them for my heating needs!

I called Reader Roofing for an estimate and Chris Krestyan came out and showed me that my roof needed more work than a previous estimate claimed. In fact that the roof needed replaced where the other company was just going to put in new shingles for 300 dollars...
After Chris's explanation of the need for a new roof and showing me why I am so glad I called Reader. Their cost was affordable, the work was done fast and done right. The clean up left nothing behind and I was left with peace of mind. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of Roofing work who wants it affordable, professional, and work completed on time. When a house inspection this past year highlighted some big concerns with the roof on our house in Strongsville we were not sure who to call. Since there were soft spots we did not know if the whole roof needed to be replaced or just sections. Fortunately a friend of mine recommend Reader. They told me it's a family business with a long history and they would be honest with what needed to be done. They got us on schedule quickly, this guy Chris came out, and was very knowledgeable. He showed us what needed to be done and as it turned out only sections had to be replaced. I was so blessed to deal with this company when my father needed a roof on his house. They came out immediately for an estimate. Chris was prompt and courteous and explained everything. He was always available if I had questions. They came to do the work exactly when he said. The crew was courteous and did an amazing job. They cleaned up completely lately. Had several folks from Reader out at our house this week for AC and Roof repairs. Keith performed an AC repair and Fernando & Mike spent two days getting our slate roof tuned up for fall. Additionally, they added a new layer of modified bitumen to our flat roof and did a fantastic job! Thanks to the team at Reader!

We've had Reader out to our house in Euclid a few times over the years and have always been impressed by their service and professionalism. The latest project was an entire roof replacement. Chris Krestyan was our point of contact and his communication and management of the project was superb. We needed additional documents for our insurance claim and he quickly and accurately supplied us with everything we needed. Past projects included a new HVAC system and maintenance work. Made telcon appointment with live, phone receptionist. Agent failed to show at given time. Called and spoke to same phone receptionist. Was told the agent would be notified when he returned to his desk. Net result..Smoke screen and mirrors. I consider myself somewhat lucky because given they performed a job for me, it would result being a less than average job. That's my story and I'm sticking to it".
