Good Honest Plumbers! They came and cameraed my sewer line. The picture was as clear as watching a high def television. Unlike evolve plumbing! I found the camera they used at Lowe’s. No wonder they couldn’t tell me anything about my line.
It’s Sewer pro’s for me for my once a year service.

Tom is great to work with. He remembered our home from when he serviced us 10 years ago. He is very professional, very thorough, no nonsense, no up-selling. Prompt and fast camera inspection followed by sewer line jetting. Extensive tree roots completely removed. I would recommend Sewer Pros to everyone.

Fantastic service. I cannot say enough regarding the communication, efficiency, quality work, and affordability. Everyone from Meghan, Janet, Tom, and workers have been amazing to work with. We recently moved into a home which required installation of a cleanout and 60+ feet of liner for a cracked/buckling ceramic pipe. I highly recommend this company to anyone seeking a plumber.

Had a bad sewer backup due to my sewer pipes being rooted all over the place. Worker came and showed me what was wrong and how to fix. 2 hours later my sewer pipes looked new and were flowing correctly. Great price and great quick service.

The team showed up on time. They were honest and professional. It’s nice to know there are still good people out there you can trust with your plumbing issues and not take you to the bank . Highly recommend

I truly cannot say enough good things about this company! After having an issue where sewer water was coming up through a drain in our basement, we had another company come out to “clean” the line and give us an estimate to fix the issue. They found that there was a break/hole in the sewer line. After getting quotes between $10k - $24k from other companies for re-lining part of the sewer line, we had Tom and Tony come out to assess the situation.

Just three weeks after the other company “cleaned” the line, we were already seeing water come up through the drain again. Tom and Tony were able to spot the issue (with WAY better cameras so we could actually clearly see the issue as well) and unblock the line for us and provide an estimate to re-line part of our sewer line. Their estimate was about half the lowest price from other companies! We were so relieved and they truly showed that they care about their customers.

They came out and did the work and were prompt, knowledgeable and cleaned everything up! The best part was that they could access the sewer line to re-line it from the basement so no need to remove fencing and dig up the yard, just a small concrete patch in the basement. We cannot thank them enough for their work and we are so relieved to have our sewer problems behind us!

I called to get an estimate for sewer line repair because another company had said we need to replace a section. Sewer Pro came and looked down our sewer line and said that it did not need to be replaced. They were courteous and kind.

Company was referred by our Cuyahoga County Inspector. Honest, fair and professional. Install team was excellent. In the office, Megan was terrific ... great communication/responsiveness and very personable and positive. The job was reviewed for bid by Mike - old school knowledge .. the wife knew right way he could be trusted !

We had a sewer backup in our basement. We called and Megan was in the office and she was very friendly and helpful. Tom came out the next day. He ran the borescope in the sewer line and determined there was a rootball blockage. Their equipment was at another site and not immediately available so Tom recommended another competitor who he knew would be responsive to come out and help us. Tom was very professional, one of the most honest people we’ve ever dealt with, very knowledgeable, and his assessment of the problem turned out to be exactly what was wrong. Incredibly, he didn’t even charge us for the call or service that he performed. He said estimates were free. He could have taken advantage of us with the situation we were in but he didn’t. I would give Sewer Pro 10 stars if I could. I would definitely call Tom if I needed to reline the pipes at any point in the future.

Meagan was extremely professional and helpful with scheduling. Our technician was honest and thorough, we were able to get on the schedule the next morning. Although we didn’t need a relining at this time, we will definitely call on Sewer Pro for future maintenace.

Alex and Jacob were amazing! Arrived early and got the job done quicker than I was expecting. Answered all my questions and kept me updated as the project went on. We had a few other companies give us quotes and Sewer Pro was half of what they were quoting. Didn't try to pressure me into more than we needed. We have a TON of trees on our property so the peace of mind with the 50 year warranty is well worth the money. Call them today!

We had a break in our clay drain pipe which was buried under our concrete basement floor. They came on a Saturday to evaluate the problem and put me at ease, assuring it wouldn’t be a difficult or expensive fix. When they came back to complete the work, they were professional, and worked as cleanly as you could for sawing up concrete floors. The price was exactly as quoted and the repair is holding up as it should.

Showed up on time - actually, early. Tom was very professional and knows his stuff! He put his drain "snake camera" into our underground eave trough drain. He found an issue in our storm drain that he could very easily have told us needed repair. Instead, he pinpointed exactly where it is and told us how to fix it ourselves. We also had him check out our sewer line from the house to the street just in case. He found no issues and, in fact, said for a nearly 70 year old line, it is in great shape. That is piece of mind well worth the cost. I would HIGHLY recommend Sewer Pro. In fact, I have. I work for an insurance agency and handle all of the claims. I have no reservations whatsoever recommending Sewer Pro to our clients.

I did not end up getting any work done by Sewer Pro’s but I was so impressed by the honesty and professionalism of the owner who came out to give a quote for an issue on a home I’m going to buy. Every other plumber I contacted said there would be between $250-$350 fee to just come and look at the issue but not these guys. And I knew he was honest because he said I could get the issue fixed, which would’ve been $7k+, but he didn’t think it’d be necessary. Respect them so much for being honest even though it cost them money. They’ll be my only phone call if I do end up needing to get the issue addressed!

Sewer Pro had excellent response time and completed the work in a very timely manner. They were easy to work with and had competitive pricing. Definitely recommend.

Came out to jet our sewer line. Discovered a few major clogs with tree roots. Can back to put a clean out in our yard because they couldn’t access the whole line. Was more of an expense than anticipated but fair and work was definitely needed. All workers were excellent and explained everything, along with showing us the camera images of all those roots. We had this same company put a full liner in our storm lines about a decade ago. Excellent then as well. Professional from the receptionist, Megan, to the workers, to the owner. Also, HONEST… which is how you get snd keep customers for life. Many thanks.

After another company wouldn’t return my calls or follow up with a repair quote I had SewerPro out for a second opinion - they were very easy to schedule, communicate with and gave me 3 different priced options for the size/scope of the repair. They were professional and cleaned up well after the job. Certainly hope nobody needs a major repair but if so I highly recommend SewerPro.

Would highly recommend!! We got a few different quotes and were told to replace our sewer line which would cost thousands but was told by Sewer Pro that it isn’t necessary and that we should use different toilet paper. So glad I came across an honest and knowledgeable plumber. We will definitely use their services in the future. Thank you so much!
