This is an excellent company with knowledgeable technicians. They knew what the problem was right away and how to efficiently fix it. I would definitely recommend them if you want the job done right!

Racist and unprofessional

I was told that they hate immigrants and they are interested in having any business with me

The owners of this company ought to be ashamed of themselves. If you can’t work with immigrants [nb, they are clearly not First Nations themselves] then you have no place in this community or this country.

The lady from this company showed up 3 hours late and cussed me out over the phone because I cancelled. Based on first impression, this company is not reliable. Be careful.

Called for a quote, the gentleman answered the phone with a plain "Hello" so I asked if I had reached the correct company being the fact that he picked up the phone as if he was very bored and he continued to ask me if I knew how to dial a phone correctly and I said yes am I speaking to "Neff Plumbing" because a "Hello" isn't a great way to open a conversation with someone looking for a specific company. Then he continued to curse me out all because I asked if I had the right company after not being told so!!! Bad Business

I would give 0 stars if i could. Had them add a breaker and run a line to add a/c to my home, they used a used 20 year old breaker that was crooked and did not fit and then left bare wire outside. I haf to point out the problems so they could be fixed. She was supposed to do an inspection on the outlets and lied and said she did when all she did was sit at the kitchen table while i was outside for 2 minutes came back in she said she was done, i knew of one problem with a light switch and asked her what she thought about it and she had to ask me what was wrong with it(obviously no inspection was done) then tryed to charge me 100 for an inspection. Then after they left she cursed me and said she was going to sue me, just like i see on here that she is going to sue a few more people lol. Every aspect of my experience was horrible and very unprofessional. The vans are so beat up and dirty and have bugs and smell like noone has showered in months, i do not recommend this company for anything nor would I trust any of the work they do, they should be shut down, the people that she has working for her are absolutely not certified, she told me herself. Trust all the bad reviews on here and go with someone else.
