This isn't a place for consumers to pick up parts. This is for contractors and you need a license and an account with them to buy parts! Customer service told me otherwise but, Chris miller store manager, filled me in on everything.

Spoke with Chris regarding a hard to find part. He was very helpful and understanding and made sure that we got where we needed to be! That type of customer service is hard to find nowadays! Keep it up!

Horribly over priced! Found the exact same part online for half the cost. Be sure to shop around

These JackWeeds say they sell to the public on the website however if you have no contractor license they will send you out the door.

I paid for my parts over the phone. My HVAC tech picked them up about a week later. Lennox Parts Plus' system voided the first charge because it had taken too long for pickup. So, they ran it again. TWO CHARGES show up on my account! It's a week later and I'm still out over $1,000 because of their antiquated software.

They refused to sell me a flame sensor because I didn't have an account, and was considered a retail customer and not a licensed HVAC tech.
