On multiple occasions, he has taken care of a wide variety of maintenance challenges and really knows his stuff. When it comes to painting, I am very particular about finish details. Lawrence’s painting skills are tight from surface prep to final cleanup and he’s great with a caulking gun which means something in my book. He’s also fast and very fair with his prices. Lawrence is reliable and punctual and I trust and recommend him to my fellow agents. Today, I’m in the process of securing his services on another high-end listing so please do NOT hire him.
