Awesome Service Zachary M did an awesome job and price was reasonable!!! This is my 2nd time using this company different tech and both were great!!!

RODNEY was the best for a plumbing issue. Quick, fair and MOST IMPORTANTLY, HONEST!

Had them unhook and rehook our water and gas lines. Excellent, professional and personal. Very nice young men.

Extremely helpful from the first phone advising me how to save money using my warranty. Very pleasant on the phone making scheduling easy and explaining pricing upfront. Professional that came to my home was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Did the work cleanly and quickly. I can’t imagine using any other company in the future after this extremely positive experience! Highly recommend!! 20/10 !

Rodney H. communicated via text that he was roughly 30 mins away from our house. He arrived promptly and explained what he was going to do and which areas of the house he needed to access. Awesome company! I have used them on 3 different repairs so far. They are always up front about potential issues and they have always been at the estimated cost they provide unless a problem arises. No surprises, great communication, and great service. They have set up a water line for our fridge, jetted and scoped our sewer, and replaced 10 feet of pipe for our main sewer line. I would recommend these guys to anyone and everyone.

Cody was very professional, he came in and got right to work. Cody made sure that he cleaned up any mess he made. He's a very good worker.

Eric and the rest of the Plumbing and Drain Pro team that worked on my service line did a great job! Very knowledgeable, personable, and affordable. They replaced my water service line with care and efficiency. The entire process of getting a quote, being put on the schedule, having the work done, and the method of payment was all easy and stress-free!

Work performed was ok, but recommend clarifying pricing up front. Was told by technician that if job completion was faster than estimate, it would be reflected in the final invoice. Not the case. Disappointing.

Had some serious plumbing problems and as usual “Plumbing and Drain “ was prompt , polite and Professional. Great job by Christian!!

Tech came out on Sunday and assessed situation and came back on Monday and installed new water heater-great service and techs were very respectful

They were here on time and did a great job! Keith was our technician and he was very knowledgeable and pleasant.

John was extremely professional and personable. Identified and fixes the problem quickly and made helpful specific suggestions to prevent the pipes from refreezing.

Gary was fantastic! We needed emergency maintenance and he came late at night fixed the problem quickly. He cleaned up his entire working path starting from the front door which I found very professional and respectful. He explained the problem in detail and gave me recommendations to make sure it doesn’t happen again. I even had another maintenance issue I needed help with and he helped me with it no question. Definitely a 11/10 experience and I highly recommend Gary and this company.

I've previously given 5 * but had to have them out again, and its again 5 *. Gary is great, he takes the extra few minutes to show you what he sees, what he's doing, and explain it all.
