Had a leak that everyone quoted me thousands to fix because it was on the three story roof. Chris quoted me significantly less got on the roof and fixed it in less than 2 hours. I would hire him again 10x over.

Had a leak in our roof during a tornado warning, water coming in through a seam where an add-on was built. Called Chris and he was there in no time. He identified that the problem was not with the roof, but with a window above the add-on, where the previous owners had covered the weepers on the window, causing the water to fill up and flow down into the wall.

He noted that it would only happen when it was both windy and rainy, due to the angle of the rain coming off the adjacent roof, and built a quick jig on the spot to redirect the water flow until we could get the window repaired.

3 months later and we're still dry!

Chris was fantastic. We had a small return fall off of our roof a month ago in the storm with 50 mph winds. When I contacted him, he was responsive, gave me an incredibly reasonable quote through text pictures alone, and got out to the job very quickly same day. Not only that, but he pointed out another return that was deteriorating and in danger of falling off soon (post-repair he showed me; it was basically mush), as well as a couple of gutters sagging and potentially in danger of falling. He offered to add on the other return and the gutters for less than half again the price of the original job. Within 3 hours of first talking to him on the phone, I had 2 gutters more secure and 2 made-to-order returns up, all done at a low price. What more could you want? Highly recommended.

I called in because my rental property had a leak in the roof and Chris and team came same day and took care of my issue. They even took down some tree branches that was giving a raccoon easy access to the roof. I will absolutely recommend and use these guys again.

About 3 weeks ago I noticed a leak in my roof. When it rained the water was coming in through my roof and rolling down to the interior of one of my walls. I called Chris on a Sunday evening and he told me he could come over on Monday. He stopped over on Monday afternoon climbed on my roof and took pictures of the roofing nails popping through the shingles. He said this is common in roofs and told me he can correct it and seal any loose shingles. I was so stressed but he reassured me he would take care of the problem. He did and did an amazing job. It has rained a lot since then and I’m happy to say everything is still good. No leaks. Thank you so much Chris. I would highly recommend you and it is so reassuring that you communicate and show up when you say you will. That is really hard to find in a handyman. Thank you

Chris came out promptly and assessed a leak in my roof. While here he found a couple of other minor issues that needed attention to avoid bigger issues coming up in the future. He explained what the issues were and what the viable solutions were. I told him to put me on his schedule to do the other repairs when he had time as they were not in immediate need of attention. The prices he gave me were plenty reasonable and I was glad that i called him and happy with the work he performed. Also thankful that he took the time to point out the other things he saw as issues and discuss what the end result would be if not given some attention. I will update and add to this when he returns to perform those repairs. Always nervous about calling someone to repair something on the house as there are so many out there that either do to little or charge way to much. Neither of these situations applied with Chris.

Overall very satisfied with Chris, I had a major leak with my vent stack pipe. Chris came out in the rain. He said Not a problem, fixed the issue he also did a quick overall inspection of the roof. I am very satisfied with Chris. A+ effort. Thanks a lot for your hard work. Will use his service in the feature.

Chris responded to a request that I had made through Home Advisors for roof repairs. He responded quickly, came out and gave me an estimate. He completed the work that same day. He price was very reasonable. I plan to use his services again in the very near future. Thanks Chris!
