This company was a blessing for my family. Armando helped us through all of the process and was there to answer all the questions and explain anything we needed. He worked diligently with us to get our roof replacement approved through our insurance, despite how arguable my insurance company was, Armando stayed on top of everything and made sure we got what we needed for my family and our home. We are MORE than happy with the results and I HIGHLY recommend Tristate Exteriors if you’re looking to get your roof worked on.

We recently had our roof fully replaced and paid for by insurance with the help of Tri State Exteriors. We worked directly with Joe Lynch who couldn't be more friendly. He came to our home, inspected the roof, called the insurance company with us, and was on-site when the insurance adjuster came to do his inspection. Our claim was originally denied, but Joe assured us that the damage on the roof would qualify for replacement and he worked closely with insurance to appeal the denial. He took all the heavy lifting and frustration out of the process. As a result of his efforts, our claim was approved. Further, he was also able to help my neighbor get a fully covered new roof whose insurance had originally denied their claim too.

From the first time they looked at the roof through the entire insurance gamut to the last nail, Tri-State was amazing. They documented the entire process, used advanced estimating processes that my insurance company was very impressed with and were prompt and professional throughout. Never once were we out of the loop or waiting for a response. And, the crew! The crew was amazing and industrious... displaying a rare level of craftsmanship that's hard to find. Recommend 100%

Nick provided a great estimate for a roof replacement that we ultimately decided to wait until next year on. We plan on reconnecting with him at that time. He has been very professional as well as patient with our decision process and agreed to do some immediate repairs now. He arrived a half hour after our scheduled time for that but had let us know that he was running a bit late which I appreciated. The repairs were done quickly and look great.

This is the first time I have ever needed any roof repairs or an entire roof installed. Tristate Exteriors was referred to me by another friend and it was an excellent recommendation. The inspection showed that I would need my roof replaced. Tri State handled the communication from the insurance claim with my adjuster, which saved both time and stress.

Absolutely amazing experience with Tri State. Our rep (Harry Duccilli) was extremely professional, diligent, and prompt throughout the entire process. Harry's knowledge of not only roofing but his ability to answer the myriad of questions from the insurance company and help us as new homeowners was absolutely vital. Once all was approved the roof was installed within a week and looks great. I would recommend Tri State and Harry in particular for anyone looking to replace or repair their roof.

I worked with Travis Haessly from Tri State Exteriors. Travis helped my process a claim to have my roof replaced. Without him it would not have been replaced. Travis is expert level knowledge base in the roofing industry. He is knowledgeable, honest, trustworthy, great communicator and well organized. Definitely a person I would do business with again!

Tri-state did a exceptional job from beginning till end. Harry and his team carefully inspected and identified all damages which helped with the insurance adjuster approving a new roof. The monitored weather forecast to find most appropriate day for replacement of the roof and finished the entire roof in one day. The workers were well experienced and did a great job. Great experience with Tri State Exteriors. I’ve heard horror stories of the mess and hazard of nails littered around after a roof replacement, but we had none of that. The crew got the work done quickly, it looks great, and there was no mess left at all. Nick was a breeze to work with. TriState was amazing! Worked with Anthony and Nick, they navigated through an initial insurance rejection to demonstrate to the insurance company that the roof required complete replacement. Upon approval they assisted with with the entire process going forward. On the day of installation the installation team was completely on point, swarmed the roof like a well oiled machine, cleaned everything up upon completion, no trace except for a perfect new roof. I could not be happier!!

The sales person was very helpful and informative. When I contacted Tri State they immediately responded and were prompt in coming out and inspecting my roof. They were prompt in getting my new roof on, and handled everything with the insurance company. They had to install decking and the entire roof and they were done in one day. You wouldn't have even known anyone had been there. They cleaned up when finished.

Recently, we had the pleasure of having Travis H from Tri State Exteriors work on the whole exterior of my house, roof and garage. I have never been more impressed with their communication and professionalism, working on my property. He never had any issues answering so much of my questions in person and through text, truly made the world of a difference. Their work was phenomenal and the crew was so nice. They actually showed up on the schedule times. They cleaned up after themselves. After everything was done, he came again and double checked even triple checked if everything was right and up to our standard. Our house looks phenomenal. The owner, Nick Onega, was fantastic to work with. He was courteous and very helpful. He provided samples and answered all of my questions. He was very accommodating. The installers arrived on time and were very careful to protect my landscaping. They completed the installation in one day, as promised. My new roof looks great! I highly recommend this company.

Tri State is simply above the rest. Had shingles blow off, came out right after the storm to secure our roof to make sure no damage was sustained. They handled everything. They have excellent staff that go above and beyond to ensure the job is done to the highest quality. This is our 3rd roof replacement, due to moving often due to work, and they stand out in quality, attention to detail, product and professionalism.
