Larsco has done several projects for us, both at our home and our place of work. They're professional, timely, and thorough each time. They're my go-to for all driveway, parking lot, sidewalk needs because I've received good value each time.

They replaced our roof. Work was completed in a day and a half. The crew was polite and did an excellent job of cleaning up the site. New roof looks great.

Was really pleased with the seal coating I had done. I felt really good about the fact that Scott has his PE and I felt like Larry didn’t oversell me on anything. My driveway was probably a few years overdue to be sealed. The job was completed quickly and the results are great.

If you want a quick and less expensive fix to a troubled parking lot they are the ones to call. We were happy for the most part on our purchase of repairs to our parking lot.
My only worry was they did not let Management know when they were done so we could make sure nothing was forgotten and everything we were asking for was finished.
Unfortunately some striping of our spaces was omitted and that would have been easily avoided if we had been given the chance to walk the property before they removed all their machinery.
Being that is my only complaint I hope next time they would see the value in closing the project by letting the Manager know they are done and to inspect just before leaving. I am left with a bit less than I was purchasing but I would still recommend Larsco, just make sure everything is done before they leave the property. Very hard to get them to come back.
