It’s been a week without air conditioning. No one else would call back or even show up despite us having an appointment with another vendor. Not only did they show up in the rain, the technician took a look once the rain subsided. He determined the issue and fixed the problem. Price was very reasonable. Thank you!

We had them come out for a second estimate because first company said a new furnace and air was needed.
After Falls did the service, their conclusion was that all it needed was a cleaning, which they preformed. They are both honest and fair. I would recommend them to anyone

We called Falls in the middle of last week during the cold spell. We turned our heat on for the first time and nothing happened. I told my husband to check it and he must have forgot...sure

Made the appointment same day as requested. Steve and Emmy in the office helped me get set up with an estimate and an appointment. They serviced my 24-yr old A/C unit. Now it blows cold again. Keven, the service tech, was knowledgeable, personable, and got right to work. Rates were reasonable. Would definitely use them again.

I called Falls Heating & Cooling at noon on Wednesday and the technician was at my home by 3:45PM that same day. Kevin was extremely courteous. friendly and knowledgeable. Not only did he fix the issue with my furnace immediately, he explained everything he was doing and gave me tips on what to listen for and how everything works! While there I decided to have him install a new programmable thermostat which he also walked me through on the settings. He made sure I was comfortable with everything before he left. Kevin is a gem! I will only be calling Falls Heating & Cooling for service from now on. I will be calling them back in the spring to service my air conditioner.

Everyone can relate to the stress that comes with HVAC breakdowns, especially with the cold winter we've been hit with this year. That's where Falls Heating & Cooling comes in. They are fast and responsive to surprise service calls, but also excellent at providing services to proactively mitigate HVAC problems.

Had my furnace and AC replaced and had no issues. The tech was very respectful and cleaned up after himself each day. It was quoted as a 2 day install and he was done by noon the second day. Price comparisons had Falls lower or the same as other companies with a similar unit. I am happy with the product and continue to use them for annual maintenance.

I called and they were out within a half hour. Matt was very hard working and knowledgeable. Had my problems fixed in 1/2 hour.

From start to finish of my new A/C unit the company has been great. Zero pressure sales consultant, office was excellent and patient with my questions making financing a breeze. The installers were professional, on time and did an excellent job. I am actually excited to run the air this summer!
