The men did a great job cleaning heating & air conditioning vents and furnace. They were prompt and explained what they were going to do. They presented themselves in a professional manner. The work was done in a timely fashion at the price agreed upon.

On time and courteous. Shanklin is always good to work with. This time was a duct cleaning. They are my choice for personal and business services. K Hartzler.

Jasmine was super sweet on the phone while scheduling. We already had 3 or 4 quotes and I was frustrated by the cost range between quotes. The only thing I was for sure of is that we were not going with Crown because they are price gougers. Phil came out and did the estimate. Offered 24 months 0% int. Explained everything in a way I could understand. Scheduled us quickly and efficiently with nearly the next business day! We are happy so far. Thank you

Great company. I was referred by a friend and was very impressed with the kindness and service they provided. They were professional and efficient. I especially appreciate that they were able to fit me in their schedule during a very hot day. I'd recommend them and look forward to working with them in the future. Also, I signed up for their maintenance service to help maintain the equipment with preventative services during the year.

Matthew was extremely competent and patient while explaining to us solutions to our current situation and recommendations for the future. Very thorough as well.

A/C went out as the temps spiked above 90. The dispatcher was pleasant to speak with and a tech was dispatched the next day to get my system up and running again! The dispatcher and service tech were pleasant to work with! While onsite the service tech was very informative on the system I had and the ongoing maintenance that I need to perform to keep the system running efficiently!

As a customer for a while, I'm so proud to have Shanklin heating and cooling maintaining our equipment. As an update, we continue to be well taken care of in all of our heating and cooling maintenance. All of our technicians continue to be very thorough and explain everything that was done or needs to be done. A fantastic shout out to Shanklin Heating and Cooling for being a part of our household maintenance family. I would honestly say that if you are in need of a reliable heating, air conditioning and electric, call Shanklin, you won't be disappointed. Tre and Jake who recently did our spring tune up and added an Aprilair system and a UV light system. Jake completed the duct cleaning recently and did such an outstanding job and very thorough. The dryer vent was also in need and made such a huge difference with the dryer now running much better and efficient. With Tre coming out recently, it was fantastic to know everything is running smoothly and sufficiently and since the last visit with the duct cleaning and Aprilair humidifier installed, it has made a difference along with the UV light in the furnace.
Thank You Tre for always being an outstanding person checking everything out.

We work up Friday morning and had no AC, not good, my husband has AOCD. I called Shanklin right away, but they said it would be Monday before they would be able to get to use. I told them that my husband is on a breathe machine. They call backed and said someone would be here in the afternoon. Gabriel came out and he was great and had it fixed in less than 20 minutes. Definitely was thankful

Getting a new water heater put in was taken care of very quickly . Very nice gentlemen were on time and did a nice professional looking neat and clean job of installing the new water heater.

The entire experience was great. I originally reached out with a few questions about getting my dryer vent cleaned out and got a response quickly. They were patient and answered each one of my questions and then even followed up to make sure I had a clear understanding of the service I was receiving. I then received a conformation on when they were coming, who they were sending out and when he was on his way. The guy they sent out was very friendly and informative. He even put on shoe covers which I greatly appreciated- the plumber from a different company the week before did not. AND they were very reasonably priced. I'll be reaching out to them in the future for anything else needed and recommending them to my neighbors, family and friends. Thanks again!!!!!

Matt and crew did an excellent job from installing to explaining the generator. Been using them for over 10 years for our heating and air conditioning needs. Highly recommend Shanklin’s Heating and Cooling.

I’m a new customer, and my experience has been all-around great. I called Shanklin on a Monday morning at 7:30 AM to try and schedule a home assessment and repair. I was pleasantly surprised that a live representative answered my call that early. She was extremely nice and added me to their schedule in two days. Matt and Steve came to my home. Super nice, professional, and knowledgeable guys who quickly identified and addressed my electrical issue. I will definitely reach out to Shanklin for any future electrical needs and would highly recommend them to family and friends.

The service I received from Shanklin Heating was awesome to say the least. Being a new customer with an urgent repair needed. They were able to come out the next day. Zach y great. He told me what it would cost up front. He got to work and in no time the repair was done. This was the best service from first talking on the phone with them through completion. I have already told numerous people about them . Thank you so very much!

Technician installed a humidifier to replace the one that wasn’t compatible to the air conditioner. No fee was charged so last two questions are not applicable. Technician was friendly and very knowledgeable of the system. If we would ever need anything else, I would request that he be the one to be sent to our house.

Steven showed up right on time. Matt was there soon after. They were both very knowledgeable and polite. The jobs were done in a timely manner. I am completely happy with how the installations went. They both made sure I was satisfied with their work. I would highly recommend Shanklin Heating to anyone who wants a quality driven business. Great job guys !!!!!

Our AC went out on a brutally hot 97-degree day, and it made for a rough night for our whole family—including the dog. Thankfully, Tom came out first thing the next morning and absolutely saved us.
He did an excellent job—clearly very knowledgeable—but what really stood out was how trustworthy, detailed, and thorough he was. He explained everything clearly and kept us informed throughout the entire process. It’s not easy to find service like this these days.
We are so very satisfied and incredibly grateful. Highly recommend!
