This is the best HVAC company in the area. I had 3 other company's in my home within one year. Jeff removed the one year old Concord Furnace that no other company could keep fired (especially the installer. Phillips). Jeff came out examined it. We simply asked him if he would put this furnace in his mother's house? He replied absolutely "no"! We then asked what would he reccomend? He gave a fair price on a Thermo Pride. Installed it two days later. Prepped it so that after the vents were all cleaned out of soot from the Concord, all we had to do is flip a switch and it has been running Perfect ever since. Warm, quiet and reliable. Even though the Distributor is refunding $1,500 for the Concord we are still out $2,500. This is an expensive lesson but we are grateful for Thermo Pride and especially Ravenna Heating. Warm wishes to Jeff and Tanya. The Simons Salem, Oh.

We called them yesterday with a slight boiler issue, and they took care of the problem, and fixed a couple other issues we've been putting up with very quickly and professionally today! Professional, prompt, courteous service with a smile.....what more can you ask for? We highly recommend them!

Ravenna came out...Mike let me tell you this is the best most honest place...he was my second opinion on my oil furnace that was broken down for 2 days...the other company said I should condemn it tried to sell me a new one...Mike had it fixed in 20 mins with a 5.00 part. He could of tried the same thing the other company tried...he did not...he told me I would rather have a customer for life. That right there has got me for a customer for life...he fixed it and left. In maybe 30 minutes they managed to get an AC unit that sat dormant for 4 years up and running! Fast, friendly and honest. I won't hesitate to give them a call the next time I need anything HVAC related.

Wonderful service. My call was returned quickly, and Jeff was at my house within a couple of hours. He inspected my furnace, took the time to show me exactly what was wrong and got it up and running so that we had heat. Very professional and priced well. They are now my "go to" HVAC company.

Jeff was here to fix our furnace within a couple of hours of our call. He spent a deal of time fixing the numerous issues with our unit and took the time to explain to my husband what he did. Jeff got things working quickly, then thoroughly cleaned up where he was working. The bill was 1/3 what we expected it to be. I hope we don't need them again soon, but we will turn to them next time our heat craps out in the middle of winter.

Thank you so much for fixing our fuel oil furnace. We called 2 other places to service it. The first place tried and told us to call someone else.The second place told us within 15 minutes of being here and tearing it apart that we needed a new furnace. I understand in time we might. All our parts were new. He also was so quick to say we needed a new one he left our fuel line dripping on the floor. Almost 2 weeks without heat we called your place your technicians showed up changed the $12.00 nozzle and it runs fine. I can't say it enough thank you. We highly recommend.

I don't even know where to begin. Jeff truly goes above and beyond. He is honest, fair, and provides top quality customer service!

I had to make a "few" phone calls to Jeff after hours because I created a minor fuel issue with our furnace. He walked me through a short and simple process to get the furnace up and running again like a champ, and waited on the line with me until he knew it was running correctly. He could have easily charged me an after hours fee to come out and get my furnace running, but helped me over the phone instead. It truly was a very easy process, and I appreciated GREATLY him taking the time to explain it, and make it so easy! Plus he called to check on us the next morning before his work day started!

I truly appreciate him and his dedication to his customers. He installed our oil furnace this past fall, and was very polite, friendly, thorough, clean, and has really left a great impression on us. I truly feel we can rely on him with all of our heating and cooling needs!
