All reviews for Amanda Plumbing

The team at Amanda Plumbing has always provided excellent customer service and top-notch work. I always call Amanda Plumbing for all my plumbing needs.

On time. Efficient (finished in 30 minutes) Professional. Respectful (put on boot covers prior to entering). Second time I've used Amanda and will use again.

Amanda Plumbing is our go-to for plumbing services. They are professional and helpful during the scheduling process and the teams who have come to our home have been top notch. Christian and Roger have helped us and both were terrific. Thank you!

Great experiences with Amanda Plumbing, from simple leak repair to valve replacement to running a gas line into our back yard for a pool heater. We would hire them again.

Austin did a great job locating a slow leak in a cold water line. Repaired the line and waited to be sure it was fixed all in less than 90 minutes. Very fair pricing. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Amanda Plumbing. They moved my outside spigot quickly and efficiently, with excellent attention to cleanliness. They were professional, friendly, and took the time to answer my questions. I’m very happy with the work and would definitely recommend Amanda Plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing services.

My technician Collin was very professional and efficient. I had a family member put in a new garbage disposal for me but my dishwasher flooded. Apparently there is a place where you need to punch out the piece of the pipe so that the water runs through the dishwasher and garbage disposal pipe. The minimum charge is $175 plus $10 travel fee. It’s difficult when you don’t know anything about water problems and this is one of the times where you just need it fixed correctly.

Great experience again with Amanda! Water heater replacement went as smooth as silk. I had gotten price quotes from several other plumbing companies and Amanda was the most fair. I only need one telephone number for plumbing issues...Amanda Plumbing.

Great job replacing our sewage lift pump. Gentlemen completing the job were courteous, thorough, and professional. Will call again for future plumbing needs.

Steve was great. We had a water leak in the ceiling. He quickly found the issue & repaired it. Professional service at a reasonable price.

We have used Amanda's plumbing numerous times this year. We have been extremely pleased with their service, customer service, response time and professionalism. Excellent work and staff!

Had a great experience with Amanda Plumbing. Everyone was professional and considerate while working to install new plumbing for our gas line. Everyone took the time to explain the work they were doing and thoroughly answer my questions. They even took an extra minute to assist in relighting the pilot on my water heater when the igniter wouldn't light on it's own.

Hayden answered our questions about the service and our technician, Charles, was polite and courteous as he did everything he could to identify a clogged drain line. "Unfortunately" our lines are clear but we still din't know why the landscaping was washed away.

Thank you Amanda Plumbing for easing our mind about a possible clog.

I would recommend Amanda plumbing!

Aiden and Collin did a great job getting us a new water heater installed within days. Priced at 40% less than big competitors in town. Really happy we switched to Amanda.

I've had Amanda Plumbing come out to our house a few times and I always appreciate how easy they are to work with. They're quick, communicative, honest, and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Great customer service! The plumber was very professional and knowledgeable. They communicated well and met my needs and expectations.

Aidan from Amanda Plumbing (Delaware, Ohio) rebuilt one flush toilet and replaced a cartridge for three sink faucets that were leaking or unable to be shut off. Aidan was pleasant, worked efficiently, and respected our house and its furnishings. He presented firm cost estimates before proceeding. Result: the toilet and sinks all seem to be working perfectly. We are extremely pleased and will specifically request Aidan next time.

Amanda Plumbing, a woman owned company, responded quickly to my call and listened closely to my questions. I had a decent quote for a premier replacement sump pump system. They sent a bio of their tech before his arrival. The tech also called me with his estimated arrival time. Amanda Plumbing has great communication with clients. They replaced both my primary and battery back up sump system and removed the cruddy old equipment. I now have peace of mind during future heavy storms. Thanks Amanda, Tyler and Jimmy!

I was having issues with my sump pump (water spraying out of discharge pipe). The problem was diagnosed and fix quickly. Very professional and good workmanship at a reasonable price. I would recommend Amanda Plumbing.

All-round great experience with Amanda Plumbing in un-clogging our residential sewer line.
The receptionist quickly returned my call and scheduled technicians to arrive that same morning. The technicians, Charles and Jake, did a great job clearing the sewer line using a hydro-jet system. The distance from the clean-out to the sewer main is relatively long, over 200', and they accessed the sewer main connection point to be certain the hydro-jet hose cleared the entire line. (Several years ago, when we had a similar blockage, Roto Rooter had snaked the line, but their snake was only about 100' long, less than half the length of the pipe.) Charles and Jake called me prior to arrival, explained the process thoroughly, answered my questions, and completed the entire process in less than 2 hours. I highly recommend them.

Amanda Plumbing always comes through. We have been using their services for over 17 years. Always friendly, accommodating and professional. No complaints. Much better than the big-name brands.
