They are professional all the way. I got an appointment quicker than the others I contacted offered. Josh is a knowledgeable professional. He explained everything in a clear manner and installing the sump pump in the least amount of time. It was a pleasure doing business with The Eco Plumbers. Thank you!!

Andrew Morgan is a true professional!! He changed our Insinkerator filter in a matter of moments. I know how to do it but my arm strength couldn’t handle the twist.
He was on time, evaluated the situation and went right to work. I appreciate his wearing shoe covers. He has a pleasant personality as well as a high skill set.
I highly recommend him if you need a plumbing assist.

It's never good when there is a plumbing issue but I can't find anything to complain about with the service or Nick, who came to fix the issue. I called early morning to report the problem and the dispatcher said they would try to get me taken care of first thing (we had plans to head out east first thing until pipes got in the way).
They came through on that and Nick was dispatched to do the job. He was outstanding, to say the least. He had us up and running again in fairly short order, was very personable and patient with my questions. Can't beat it!

We had a great experience with Eco Plumbers. They were able to do same day service to install a natural gas grill for us. They explained everything they were going to do very clearly and got the job done fast. I was very appreciative of the hard work done by our technicians, Nick and Thomas.

We called around to few places to try and find someone who could come out help us replace our water heater hoses. The ones we had where leaking and where improperly installed. Eco plumbers WOW... I can't say enough. We where so pleased with there service start to finish. Our go to from now on!! The young lady on the phone was so polite and professional. Price was very reasonable compared to other places that wanted way more just to show up. Kevin and Josh came out the very next morning and where very professional and went above and beyond. I'm so glad my wife called them.

Scheduled my appt online and had a tech at our house within the hour. Brandon was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Took pictures and afterwards explained to us what the problem was. Was very happy with his work and will recommend and use Eco again!

Water tank replacement was the service performed. Caleb took the time to explain as well as point out as he evaluated my older water heater and the condition of my homes plumbing. He informed of me services that they offered so I could make an informed decision. Despite the old pipes giving him hell, he managed to complete the job in one day. Great customer service and work ethic. Thank you.

Kevin very professional answered all our questions and we were so thrilled to learn we did not have major plumbing problems as we feared. Prices reasonable for all the work we’re having done in kitchen bath and main water valve. Highly recommend. Very satisfied with the work Eco Plumbers did for me - excellent communication throughout the process. Nick was able to pinpoint the issue with my water heater immediately and explained to me the options I had - I didn’t feel like he was trying to talk me into something I didn’t need, being a younger woman sometimes that can happen. Will installed my water heater and was very professional and respectful, and got the work done in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve had three different plumbing companies out to try and fix an ongoing issue in my master bathroom. The sink has been backing up for years and no one could explain “why?” Or how to remedy the problem.

Kevin came out today and within and hour and a half had everything working properly for the first time in the 12 years I’ve owned my house!

Kevin was super respectful and very friendly. I typically don’t feel comfortable with strangers in my home. But there was something about Kevin that put me at ease.

I’ve finally found my “go-to” plumbing company! And hopefully, I can even request Kevin in the future. What a great employee Eco Plumbers has in him!

Having Eco Plumbers fix my faucet issue and also clean my shower drain was a wonderful experience. Appointments were timely. Both Eric and Andrew looked at my issues, told me what was wrong and how it could be addressed. They each fixed the problem.

Both plumbers answered all my questions and made sure I was satisfied. The work and clean up were done. Both were professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

Brandon snd Clayton were here to do our yearly ECOFI Advantage check up …what an amazingly thorough and professional job they did. Went through all of our houses plumbing and gave recommendations of anything that needing fixing in order of importance. Patiently explained everything to this old lady so I understood what was needed…and absolutely no high pressure sales!! Luckily, we were in good shape so nothing urgently needed repair. Well worth the yearly Premier Advantage membership. With this membership you do not have to wait days if you have issues!! The office staff is extremely courteous and helpful. Very happy with our experiences with ECO!

My experience from the moment I called was absolutely amazing. I was able to get same day service within the time frame I needed. They also called me 30 minutes before the plumber arrived, and he did arrive on time. He REALLY knew what he was doing and gave me several options on the repair. He educated me on what not to put down a garbage disposal, and other general drain advice. He was super professional, very friendly, and a real pleasure to work with. I can't recommend Eco-Plumbers or Rodney enough.

Nick McKenzie was great… although I know I paid a little more then expected, I knew that the job would get done correctly plus with the warranty and the one year maintenance planned that was included. That was a nice to offer.

Eco was able to come out quickly and get the problem solved fast. Brandon did a great job with his work. He really took the time to make sure everything was done correctly and we were happy before he left. Great job!

Josh came to fix my under sink leak. He was very polite and his service was done very quickly . He was professional, and explained everything completely. If ever needed, I wouldn’t hesitate to call again. Overall, extremely satisfied with his work.

I was going from a gas stove to an electric stove, I needed the pipe capped off. My tech Kevin(fabulous) removed the pipe and provided me with a shut off valve. He explained that if I needed gas again they could do it from behind the stove instead of shutting it off from outside. I am so excited. This company has never let me down. Kevin was so professional and was very knowledgeable and very nice. I say in pretty much all my reviews that the service guys are knowledgeable and professional, but it is the absolute truth. This company hires exceptional people who really know their jobs. I am so grateful.
