We received fantastic, timely, and over-the-top service from technician Kenny. Our basement floor drain backed up late in the evening, and he was there within an hour and a half. He snaked our sewer drain to clear roots and debris to get us functional again. Extremely friendly, great attitude, and stayed long after his shift was over to help us. Ask for Kenny if this happens to you!

We needed a new water heater and we got an appointment for the next morning. We also had two new faucets installed and two outdoor spigots. If you have add on work it’s at a 30% discount. The Master plumber Dave came the next morning and was very friendly, polite and explained everything he needed to do. Dave was very professional from installation to cleaning up at the finish of the job. Definitely will use Roto-Rooter Plumbing in the future. We were very happy with how quickly they responded and with the quality of the work.

Chad was great. He showed up when they said he would, and got right to work. We had a similar problem about 2 years ago, and Chad was much more meticulous in getting the job done properly. He also took the time to give us suggestions to hopefully keep the problem from recurring.
