Dan was awesome to work with. Incredibly responsive and professional. Spent a tremendous amount of time fighting my insurance company to no avail (claim denied by State Farm; they get a F on a side note. RUN from them) but never complained and honored the same initial quote despite all the hours he put in with State Farm. Would def recommend and already have to a few neighbors.

Amazing company to work with. Patric helped us get a new roof on our home. He went above and beyond to work around our schedule and addressed any questions we had within minutes. He was professional, courteous, also knowledgeable about the products and process. The roofing team were polite, respectful, helpful, and super fast! Dan was outstanding organizing my roof replacement every step of the way! The team was on time and professional. The roof looks amazing! The gutters were also replaced after the roof was installed. All in all a great experience and would highly recommend!

My house got hit by a hail storm back in April 2023. I had a company come and inspect my roof and was told I had hail damage. My insurance company came out and the report said I didn’t have hail damage…I never heard back from the roofing company.

Brian from Exterior Alliance was on my neighbors roof at a later date told me I 100% have damage and he would get me a new roof. Another inspection by my insurance company and again they said no damage. Brian fought for me and made my insurance company send out an engineer to inspect the roof. Results came back and a new roof was needed.

Exterior Alliance was great to work with and they will go the extra mile and fight for their customers.

10/10 would suggest using this company for your roofing/siding and gutter needs!

Exterior Alliance did an awesome insurance roof complete tear off and replacement. It was painless, Ryan was great to work with and I had no issues. They showed up when promised, cleaned up before they left and it looks great. Highly recommend them to anyone.

Need a new roof? You’ve found your contractor. Dan and his team supported through the initial inspection, insurance claim process, and roof replacement with a seamless job from start to finish.

On the day of the job (yes the whole project took one day on a roughly 3000 sq foot house), all work was done at a professional standard. After the job was completed, the entire work site was thoroughly cleaned, with no damage to landscaping.

To top it off, Dan provided drone images of the full roof upon completion.

Exterior Alliance did a great job for us! Even though it rained during the installation the team ensured all exposed areas were covered before a drop of rain hit the roof. My neighbor had recommended them to me after they had them do their roof. They worked directly with my insurance to ensure every issue was identified and all installation materials were covered. Being attentive to detail is definitely not an issue with this company. They've been working with my insurance co. for quite some time. However, the patience and consistent communications with my insurance company by Exterior's management proved to me the level of professionalism and commitment to their customers is at the highest level! Derrick did such a great job with our roof! Exterior Alliance was professional and helpful through the planning and insurance process and were able to get the roof finished quickly. They were invested in our job and we are so happy we chose them!

It took 6 months of fighting with the insurance company, citing building code, and going up the supervisor ladder but I finally have a new roof on the house and garage. 100% would not have happened without Derrick knowing the right strings to pull and buttons to push. As for the install, their crew showed up at 7am sharp and had ~2400sf of shingles done and cleaned up at 4pm. Couldn't have been any less painless.

Can't leave the same positive review about Shelter Insurance...

I’ve worked with Dan and his team a few times now. They’re always very thorough and happy to walk me through any questions I may have. They’ve made the process very smooth when dealing with insurance or without. I’ve referred them to friends who were just as satisfied.

Dan was great to work with from initial inspection, going above & beyond in dealing with our insurance company with multiple follow up calls/emails during the claims process, to the final installation of our new roof - he was on top of it! I can't say enough about the owner! While it took some work, he help me get my roof pushed through insurance after wind damage earlier in the year. He is a go getter and very responsive! His crew did great work and cleaned up well too! If you are looking for a good roofing company, don't look any further!!
