We were so pleased with the job Tartan did for us. Not only do we now have a beautiful roof, but Tartan handled everything from beginning to end with our insurance company. They fought for us to get a full roof replacement. It took them a couple of months due to push back from our insurance company. However, the knowledge they have regarding policy, code, roofing and insurance, truly helped us. They completed our roof in one day and the COO, Lewis, was on site to supervise the job. We couldn’t be happier.

Carlos V and his team got my new roof completed in early June and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Carlos was always willing to talk, explain the entire process and his team was professional and trustworthy. We will absolutely use Tartan Builders in the future and would recommend Carlos and his team to anyone that has damage to their house or would like a new roof.

I had a very positive experience with Tartan and they're teams, and received a quality, great looking roof repair and replacement. Ayden, they're local rep (Ohio), came out after our recent hail storm and provided a thorough, free inspection. He showed me pictures of the damaged roof/shingles, explained they're process, and provided a detailed initial quote. As he was professional, knowledgeable, and had an engaging personality; I decided to go with them for the repairs and replacement. He worked behind the scenes on my insurance claim, and made sure the process was smooth and hassle free for me. His construction team, led by Eddy, were very hard working, efficient, and skilled. Within a day, they had the old roofing off, repairs made to the sub-roof(OSB boards) where needed, and the new shingles on & completed. Ayden, then, followed up with me and completed the final insurance tasks such that I received final claim payment within two days. I couldn't be more pleased.

Tartan Builders is an excellent roofing company! They worked with our insurance company, making the process easy! We chose the color of shingle and then scheduled a date to get our new roof! Materials were dropped off the day before, and the whole roof was finished in one day! They placed tarps to protect our plants and cleaned up every nail from our yard! Shawn was with us from the very beginning, insuring all our questions were answered and giving us a great experience! Highly recommend!

Isaah Timmons was easy to work with and always responsive to any questions I had. they sent out a big crew of 7 to 12 people, who were very hard hard-working almost nonstop for 12 hours a day. They got my roof done in three days. I’m very happy with the work perfect.

Tartan did a fantastic job on our replacement of roof and gutters after recent hail storm damage; it’s beautiful! They were quick to assist with communication to start my insurance claim and ensured all projects were completed in a timely manner with attention to detail. Costs were completely covered by insurance due to the efforts of our protect manager, Ayden, who submitted a supplement to insurance on our behalf, which offset costs that were not originally factored in by our insurance adjuster. Tartan offered reasonable pricing for quality work. I would definitely recommend them and plan to use their services for any future needs. Trent Walden and his crew were great and our new roof is very well done and beautiful. Trent took the time to explain everything, answered all questions and was attentive to the process. The crew worked hard and all was completed in a timely manner.

Our relationship with Tartan Builders started with a knock on my front door from a young man by the name of Camden. To make a long story short, I was thoroughly impressed by both him and the rest of the team. There was not one thing that was missed, all promises were kept, communication was excellent, they are great! Don’t just consider them, they are a must use.

I will start by saying I do not give five star reviews very often. I admit to being demanding and picky. I know that every time humans are involved there will be hiccups and I take it upon myself to identify those hiccups and bring them to the attention of the contractor. This job was no different. What swung my opinion is the fact that every question I raised and every issue I had was quickly resolved by Trevor and his team. The end result is a satisfaction level that deserves all five stars. I would recommend Tartan builders for your roofing needs.
