They did a great job installing a new furnace and air conditioner at my parents house. I will definitely use them for all my HVAC needs

Joe is honest and hard working. He’s taken care of my whole family’s heating and cooling needs for a long time ie our house, my sister and brother in laws, my niece and her hubby and my nephew and his wife.

Great people, I have 10 rentals in the area and have been through many companies. I have finally found one I can trust what they say. No BS or trying to oversell me, I would recommend them to anyone.

The two brother were great! Got my furnace back running really quick and were honest about what was wrong. Didn’t charge a crazy amount either. Definitely recommend

I rarely use contractors and repairmen because in my experience, there are a lot of them that call themselves professionals, but are far from it. This guy is NOT one of those guys!
In the last 2 years, this guy repaired A/C at two different homes I've owned. Always returns calls within a reasonable time, been there when he said he would be, reasonable $, and didn't try to upsell me to new units just because they were old.
Yesterday, he replaced a bad fan motor in my exterior A/C unit. Turned out the new motor was bad. He came out today, double checked everything, put another new fan motor in and it's running fine now. Bad motor wasn't his fault, but no additional charge for today.

All American Heating and Cooling replaced a 32-year-old furnace at our home and they did an excellent on the installation and cleanup I was given an estimate And I compared it with other estimates and they were more than fair. I am giving American Heating and Cooling five stars. They did an excellent job. Thank you

The son was sent with one of his friends to look at my furnace. He took out the expensive filter that I had in there, and I started telling him about my health issues and why I have that filter. He then started testing it by turning it on and off. I understand having to do that. I asked him if he could please put a filter in there while he was testing it. He ignored me. I told him how it would harm me. Harm my lungs, because of how bad the air ducts are. I have COPD and allergies to EVERYTHING. He ignored me. Now I'm sitting in my home struggling to breathe. He did not care about anything I was saying. SO disrespectful!

My name is Kim and he installed a new electric furnace yesterday. He took out the apparatus for my filter, and was going to leave me with no place to put a filter. Then he took my panel door cover and put it in his van, and told me I could buy a new one if I wanted the furnace closet covered. I asked him about the wiring and electric strips, and he did not check any wiring or explain if he did. What has me very concerned is I asked him to run the furnace to make sure it was working properly. He said he ran the fan.
What does that have to do with heat throughout the house? Then when I turned it on, I had to check all of the vents myself. He said to turn it off before it got to hot in the house? Isn’t that the point? So now I feel insecure about the furnace and wiring. Will probably have to hire someone to check everything out. Infuriating. What would I have done if I didn’t know about filters? Avoid this guy. Grimy. I called the BBB today too.why didn’t he set a temp on the thermostat to make sure the furnace would shut down after a cycle? Avoid avoid avoid this company.
