I truly believe that this company did a good job. I'm a landlord. Talked to the receptionist to make an appointment which she told me that they would call me before they fix the problem and to verify that I wanted the service. Nope never happened they showed up did the work and of course charged my card the next day. It wasnt an expensive fix but I feel it's bad customer service. Hopefully they will read this and learn from this.

I have received superior services from Bill Reynolds Heating & Air for the past 32 yrs. They even came out Christmas Day two yrs ago. After 32 yrs I had them install a new unit this week. I do not know if it will run for 32 years, but I do know Dan, Sean, Chris, Nick, and Denise will only be a phone call away. I wouldn’t trust my home to anyone else. Thanks for 50 plus years!

I would give you guys 6 stars if I could. Josh just left and we have heat!!! He was polite, professional, informative and earlier than I ever imagined and explained everything he was doing and seeing in a way the layman can understand. I will always call you guys with any future needs. I had your competition out first ( I won't name them ) and I didn't know what was true or not because he was all about the upsell. Had me needing a new furnace and ac. I will tell everyone about your truly great company. Thank you.

Very knowledgeable and throughly explained my set up so I understand how my furnace works! And this might not matter to others, but I really appreciate that they wore boot covers in my house. We’ve used them a couple times now and I highly recommend them!

The representative from Reynolds was very polite & courteous. Just a couple of things I thought would be done, but am not sure if they were and would appreciate a response from Reynolds. 1. Was the April Air filter checked? 2. Surprised that the the furnace filter wasn't replaced. It was dirty and I did replace it myself, but thought this would have been done at time of service. Reynolds has been servicing our boiler for enough years that we cannot count! Denise and the office staff respond quickly when service is required and Alex the technician analyzes the needs and provides honest information prior to starting the job; then efficiently completes the job as quickly as he can. We have now used Bill Reynolds Heating and Cooling for a couple things.
To maintenance our furnace in Oct.2019, and now to replace our leaking hot water Tank.
In both instances their Response time, Professionalism, Quality, and Pricing were above outstanding.
My Water heater blew out in the middle of the night.
After calling multiple companies out here in Madison, and getting the run around on pricing, I decided to try Reynolds again.
Once again Teri the office Manager, and Jimmy and Ed, the Technicians who installed the tank in about 1.5 hours in an inclosed area were simply the best.
I know that honestly, I will do no more shopping around when I am in dire need, or for any need again for any of the services that they offer.

Bill Reynolds is always on time and a good value. The service technician, Ken, was very professional and a very personable person to work with. He made me laugh and was very clear about the issue with my ac unit. I will be using Bill Reynolds again!

Our boiler heat stopped working late Saturday evening, December 14, 2020. By early morning Sunday the temperature in our house dropped 15 degrees from 70 to 65 and was dropping fast. I figured that it being Sunday, it would be difficult to locate a repair service that was open. We had Reynold's Service a few years prior. We had their phone number close at hand. So I called at 6:30 AM. The Technician named Jacob answered my call within 3 rings. I described our problem and he said that he would come to our house ASAP. He worked on our boiler for 2+ hours only to come to the conclusion it needed a new gas valve, only problem the parts store was closed until Monday morning. He offered to lend us electric space heaters to keep warm in the meantime. I thought that was a very kind and generous offer. But our daughter had 2 space heaters she was not using and we could use them to warm the house till repairs were done. Next morning Reynolds called and said they got the needed gas valve and would come right over and do the install.
Technician Nick did the repairs in about 1 hour and we had heat soon after. Jacob and Nick never complained and were very courteous and professional. We highly recommend Bill Reynold's Heating for all your heating and cooling service.

Josh came to our house after our thermostat was no longer functioning. He was extremely professional, knowledgable, and courteous (wore a mask, put on shoe covers, explained everything in easy to understand terms). He found a solution to the problem and described other potential alternatives and the associated costs. The person from the office who called to coordinate and review things was also extremely professional and helpful (I feel bad that I cannot remember her name). They also have automated phone calls for appointment reminders and to alert you when the service tech is on their way. We will continue to use Bill Reynolds for all of our HVAC needs. I highly recommend their services.

AC went out on one of the hottest days in the year. Within an hour of calling they not only were here but they fixed my transformer and had it back up and running. Nick was very professional and we are very grateful!
