Daryl came out at the exact time that was expected. He was super personal and did a great job fixing our problem. He didn’t give us any BS excuse as to what he was doing and we appreciate his service

We called 1-Tom-Plumber because we were having issues with a toilet in our shop. Daryl showed up the next day on time and diagnosed the issue. He worked fast and was very professional.

Mitch and Dawson did an excellent job. I'm so happy my sink is draining again! Both were courteous and respectful. They took time to answer my questions and were very knowledgeable. Excellent customer service! Would definitely reach out to 1-Tom-Plumber again for any future plumbing issues.

We had Daryl out to re-route a gas line that was in thr way of drywalling my new office space, he did a great job and was very friendly. He moved the line above the bottom of our ceiling joist and routed around the chimney. Very happy with the result and saved me alot of extra effort while drywalling.

We had a plumber from a different company come to our home because we were smelling a gas leak. He said it was "fine," took our money and left. We still smelled a gas leak. We called 1-Tom-Plumber. Zach visited our home and found several leaks! He pressure tested the lines before, during and after the repairs and fixed all the joints. We could not be happier with his service. He made our home safe again (we no longer smell the gas) and answered ALL of our questions. Do yourself a favor, save some money and call this company first. Thank you, Zach!

Jay Hager was the plumber who came to service my request. I had an outdoor spigot that was leaking. Jay clearly explained my options and cost. Upon making my choice, Jay fixed it quickly and efficiently. Jay was courteous, professional, and friendly. I had a great experience with Jay and 1 Tom Plumbing.

These guys were amazing. Fairly priced and the employees are amazing. Michael, Jay and the rest of the crew communicated clearly. I was in the process of doing a dye test with the city to sell my home. Other companies wanted to provide and estimate for the worse case scenario. That amount would then have to be put into escrow. I just wanted to fix it before the sale. The GM Kevin provided me with a scope to repair what had failed. It was a simple email to sign and the work began. No delays or miscommunications whatsoever. Passed the dye test the day after work was completed. I’m excited to not have any issues hanging over the home. 10 out of 10 I’d choose them again!

Jay was fantastic! He fixed both of my sinks in an hour and even replaced my faucet to match the original color. He was fair, honest, and knowledgeable, and I really appreciated his transparency with pricing.

Mike was great he stayed until he knew the sewer drain was clear. I highly recommend This guy. He tried to re-light hot water tank but it was shot. Pricing was great to our needs. If you need a jet try them first you'll be thankful

Jay was great! He was very polite, he got to our house when he said he would, answered all our questions and observed our concern. We were worried about our water pressure/ a noise we've been hearing. He eased our minds and even took a look at our toilet that was constantly running. Thank you Jay!

This company is great and the technician Zach Zilke was amazing!!!! Called to get my shower fixed and and not gonna lie thought I was gonna get a expensive quote and take a few day to fix. Was told they could come out same day and he fixed my shower fast and was super efficient. 10 out of 10 service would recommend this company! The price was great too! Very reasonable price especially for same day service!!

I have to add to my review as I called 1-Tom a second time to have them repair a leaky kitchen faucet. Not an easy fix on a faucet that was difficult to access, but Zach Z did the job! He expertly disassembled the faucet and went above and beyond to locate the difficult to find cartridge. I will certainly be using 1-Tom for all of my plumbing needs!

Jay was so nice for coming out to help us in FREEZING temperatures, he tried to unfreeze our shower pipes that were frozen for 2 days. Even with very little access to the pipes, he worked on it for an hour getting to pipes and using a heat gun, he gave us some helpful tips and my daughter loved the pink pluger he gave us! We are happy to say that later in the afternoon our pipes did thaw and we had no issues after :)

My tech Jay Hagar arrived promptly at the time given, explained my options throughly and performed the job quickly. Left it looking like nothing had happened. Very happy with the service, and will look to them again for plumbing needs.

My name is Zac I work over at the North Olmsted GameStop. Daryl just finished up and amazing job replacing my sinks faucet. Before it was dripping and had no filter but now theres no drip and the water flows very smooth. Amazing job I am very happy!

Jay showed up on time and was able to unclog the main sewer line and show it all on video. He was professional and friendly. I will definitely recommend these guys to everyone.
