UPDATE: Thomas passed responsibility on to his subcontracted crane worker, attempting to throw him under the bus. Thankfully, Dave (TreeWorx) agreed that Thomas' work was shoddy and insufficient, and came and fixed his mistakes himself; Thomas refused to fix it himself. Hire Dave, he's a responsible adult who cares more about doing the work correctly. I don't recommend supporting Eastlake Tree Service nor The Brush Cutter

Awful experience. Thomas is dishonest, makes constant excuses, and doesn't take responsibility. I hired him in December for tree removal, came in Feb. on a day when the yard was wet and thawing and tore up my yard, and my neighbor's...they never put mats down (as promised). Left heavy machinery and crane in wet yard overnight, too. Had to pester him for repairs and yard restoration, which he did a very poor job of. Refused to provide his insurance info and was very argumentative. He also runs his business under a different name (which he wanted the check made out to), called The Brush Cutter Tree Service, which seems dubious. Please avoid this kid, he's totally unprofessional, you'll regret it. These 5-star reviews all sound fake, BTW
