E.H. Roberts has the most common sense budget minded technicians that I have had the pleasure of doing business with. The office staff doing the appointment times and the billing are a Tremendous asset to the company as well. I highly recommend everyone to use this company for any and all heating and cooling projects. Get your Ducts clean also, you will thank me later.

I have used EH Roberts for many years for both scheduled HVAC maintenance and replacement of a/c and furnace. The furnace was a challenging attic install and they did a brilliant job for a reasonable price. Their technicians are highly skilled and always professional and prompt. The office staff is responsive and very personable. I would highly recommend EH Roberts.

I had an insurance claim I was working with E.H with for my AC. They were wonderful from the representatives on the phone to the representatives that actually installed and set up my new unit. Everything was done as they said it would be. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

The service technicians are professionals that do a thorough job of checking and cleaning the system. We have used several other companies in the area and are most pleased with E.H. Roberts. Good notification of appointment and updating status of when they would arrive. It was convenient to get the invoice ($0 - covered under the maintenance agreement) via email. Would be nice if we could schedule so that it were earlier in the season. It seems we have to schedule over a year in advance to get the early season appointments.

The techs are very careful in and around our property and always explain exactly what they've done and let us know about anything that may be coming up with our HVAC system. E. H. Roberts installed our heating and air conditioning system 2 years ago. We had 3 estimates and theirs was not the lowest. However, we were impressed with the sales person’s knowledge and professionalism and decided to go with them. They actually matched the low offer. We are happy with the installation and the performance of the new system. We are also impressed with the service personnel who perform the regular tune-ups. This is a quality company.

Technician arrived on time and did an excellent job maintaining the furnace and water heater. Answered all my questions. They have installed my furnace, air conditioner and hot water heater. Over the past 3 years, there have been a few different technicians here and each has been knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. As a bonus, they don't mind my two friendly dogs. The office staff is excellent as well. They are quick to follow up on any question I might have. I highly recommend this company.

I am on a maintenence plan with E.H Roberts they come out twice a year to service the furance and air conditioning it's always a pleasant experience with their tech Dylan. Everyone that I have had contact with have been helpful and pleasant. Highly recommend.

I would not allow anyone in my house if I were not at home but I trust these guys enough that I certainly would. They are the absolute best. Reasonable and they keep everything clean. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing heating or air conditioning.
