A+++Great customer service! Very polite receptionist took my call and scheduled a technician to arrive within an hour. The technician Stephen was also very polite and was very considerate in not tracking dirt in or dripping any water anywhere in our house. He thoroughly explained each possible scenario of service that might be needed to unclog our toilet, and we had full knowledge of what the charge for each would be before any work was started. He answered all of my questions and offered helpful suggestions for reducing the chance of clogs in the future. The Senior Discount that we received was quite substantial and very much appreciated! Would highly recommend Roto-Rooter and technician Stephen!

Stephen was great. Polite, communicative, explained things well, and left my house as clean as possible given the situation. He was an absolute pleasure to have in our home, and, frankly, someone I'd get a beer with. The limited interactions on the phone were also great. Quick responses, no hold time, and an effort to contact the driver directly when I called to see about a possible ETA (which I knew may not be possible, but they made it happen). I have 0 reason to ever call anyone else. Stephen is the man, and he should be watched for leadership positions every time they come available, regardless of the position. 10/10 experience with RR.

Edit: A gentleman named Matt, I think, came out to assist with the cabling and he was tremendous as well. Class acts, both of these guys.

His attention to detail and thoroughness were impressive, and he took the time to explain the issue and the solution clearly. He was friendly and courteous, making a stressful situation much more manageable. Stephen came out. Did a full inspection on the bathroom to find out where the leak is. He did an awesome job very thorough with his work greatly recommend him

When the sewage water backed up into my basement i wanted to runaway! It was such a smelly, dirty mess. I called at least 4 different company's but only Hassan came out right away. He looked at the mess, took pictures, and worked with my insurance. He explained every step and answered all my questions. I had a lot of questions. He was so professional, kind, and empathetic towards all my concerns. I highly recommend him!

Our Sunday afternoon emergency plumbing issue was taken care of professionally with care to our home. We ended up needing 2 plumbers for the issue and they stayed until the job was complete including clean up! Exceeded expectations
