Amazing experience. I called on a holiday weekend because my sump pump died and my basement was flooded. They sent a technician out within an hour of my call. Jon Sanders was professional, kind, and managed to install a new pump very quickly. I will only use these guys from now on - wonderful company!

July 16th 2024 Nathan returned once again today, kitchen sink leaking and had some drain issues. Once again EXCELLENT SERVICE! We’ve had them out three or four times now to the house great price very professional would recommend

Our main sewer line was clogged and we needed help fast. Out of five 24 hour service plumbing places called after 9:00pm on a Saturday night, Valu Rooter, called us back quickly and was able to get someone out to us that same night. The price quoted on the phone was what we paid so there were no surprises. Ryan was on time that night, worked outside in 8 degree weather, was very nice, explained what he found, and had everything working again in about an hour. If we ever need plumbing services again, we are calling them. :-)

I scheduled an appointment through Valu-Rooter and Kris made a lasting positive impression. He arrived on time, he was very professional, and very efficient. He managed to restore my water pressure and catch a few things I had missed that are making my life a lot easier at the house in short order. It was easy to set up the appointment for a time that worked for me over the phone. I highly recommend Valu-Rooter and especially Kris Jarvis.

We had a fantastic experience with Valu-Rooter! They did a huge job replacing our storm and sanitary sewer lines and were the most courteous, hard working and professional young men I have met in a long time. They came back and brought more help as the job turned out to be bigger than they had thought, but they stuck to the original estimate they gave us. They were always prompt, did everything they had promised and even some extras we asked them to do. They were easy to contact, kept in touch and explained what they were doing every step along the way and left the site clean and in great condition. I would recommend them to anyone! Great company!!! Wonderful workers!!!

Of several places I called, this was the only one that I could get to come out the same day. They were actually able to get to me within an hour.

Chris called when he was on the way and asked if I wanted him to pick me up a coffee or anything on his way. He was upbeat, friendly, joked with us, didn't bat an eye when my toddler wouldn't stop crying, and was really nice.

He explained everything to me, reviewed the costs up front making it very clear the price for each option. He completed his work efficiently and even showed me the camera footage of the drain when he was done.

For all these reasons, I will absolutely be using Valu-Rooter in the future, and recommend them.

Chris P did a very good job for us. He called to let us know he was on his way, then he asked if we wanted anything like coffee, water or anything like that. I told him no but thank you. He was very professional, he knew what needed to be done and got it done. I can not say enough good things about Chris. He had a great attitude and you could tell he enjoyed his job. Thank you Chris for all your help. If we need help in the future we will definitely be calling Valu Rooter to have Chris come help.

I never ever post reviews, but I felt like after the service we got it was well deserved. Our problem started a few weeks ago when our floor drain in our laundry room started backing up. It only backed up when the washer was going at first, then it was any time any sort of water went down any drain in our home. After a couple of weeks and many attempts to fix it ourselves we called the Valu Rooter. I called them at 7:30 am on Monday and they were at our house by 8:30 am. What we thought would have been a simple snake down the toilet turned out to be a larger problem. They explained to us that they could charge us the money for the snake, but it would honestly be a waste of money because it couldn't fix the problem. Well, they came back and helped us tremendously with what would have broke the bank... Turns out even after the plumbers Eric and Tim (who are both fantastic) installed the clean out, which we didn't have, there was a bigger issue. Not only was there grease, but there was a complete blockage of tree roots further down the drain.. Oh great... A 5500 job. Eric called his boss later that night and told him he felt like they could definitely get the job done. He didn't feel right about charging so much to completely redo ALL of our outside drains if they didn't have to. Russell called the next morning and said he was sending someone else out to try and get these roots out so we didn't have to spend so much money to get all of them replaced. Jason came out at around 1:15 and by 2:40 our lines were completely clear. This company has went above and beyond to help us, and to restore our plumbing. They have been a lifesaver when they definitely didn't have to. Thank you to all of the guys who were involved in helping our little family. They will definitely be our first call if we have any plumbing issues in the future.

Called a major plumbing business about a sewage backup. Standing water was seen on the back lawn. They were unable to use a camera to inspect the sewage pipes due to not entry port and never dug an inch of soil. I was advised my system had collapses and the only way to resolve this issue was to completely replace the entire sewer system on my property. I was told, "I know its not what you want to hear but it has to be done." I was quoted $20K and was told there was no other way to fix the issue. I called around for a second opinion. Dave and Don from Value Rooter came out and quickly told e they suspected a backup. They entered a camera to the pipes through the laundry room drain pipe in back of the house and immediately identified and cleared a blockage. They also identified where the pipe was compromised and came back the next day and replace a broken section. Cleaned out vine growths and provided instruction on maintenance for the future. Other than that I was advised I do NOT need to replace the pipes and whoever diagnosed the first issue gave me bogus information. I was treated honestly and fairly. Work was performed in a professional manner and they showed me everything that was taking place and walked me through the images from the pipe cam. They didnt try to force anything on me I didnt need and I would definitely recommend them to others looking for honesty and transparency and a fair price. Attaching photos of the damaged section of pipe and took an image as they were filling in the dirt of the replacement with the access port so future cleanouts can be performed. Work performed was professionally done. I am pleased with the results.

My pipes froze on my mobile home. David was fantastic. Had everything unfroze in under an hour. I felt he cared & definitely tried to help figure out what the problem was.

I had Ryan Swiney from valu-rooter come out today to resolve a leak with my washer. He was prompt, courteous, and explained everything to me, very thorough. He also gave me an education on things, which will be very helpful going forward.
I have used valu-rooter before, for my clean out. I will continue to use them for any work needed for the clean out and any future plumbing needs. . Highly recommend the company. Thank you for your help.

When a frozen pipe burst behind our bathroom wall on Christmas Eve we quickly shut off our water and cleaned up. Attempted to call several plumbers to find and repair the burst pipe, but due to the extreme cold temperatures everyone was booked for days. When a competitor failed to show up for a scheduled appointment 2 days later, I went back to Google searching for another plumber to help us restore our water. When everyone else told us it would be a week to get out to us, Valu-Rooter made an appointment for the next day, and showed up just before noon. Ross could not have been nicer and more professional. He quickly found and repaired our leaking pipe. 100% satisfied with Valu-Rooter and highly appreciative of their prompt and professional service.

Very impressed with Melissa who helped get me service when I initially contacted Valu-Rooter. She immediately scheduled technician David Burner and his partner. David took the time to explain everything in detail regarding the work I needed done. David and his partner were both very helpful and professional. Their workmanship is truly excellent and the rates lower than other local plumbing companies in my area. I plan on using Valu-Rooter for all of my plumbing needs from now on.

Dave and Ryan did a phenomenal job. We had over 8 gas leaks in one of the houses I was selling and they took care of it. Great price, great quality and great people. I highly recommend them!

First of all Dave arrived within 2 hours of me calling Value Rooter. Dave did an awesome job, found the problem in short order. Left everything looking just like it was when he arrived! Very satisfied!!

I called Valu-Rooter last night after hours and left a message that my gas water heater broke. Not an emergency situation. They called me at 8 am this morning. John and Steve arrived at 11:30 with the new gas hot water tank. They did an excellent job. They were very pleasant, professional, courteous and friendly. They had to install a new gas pipe, valve and other parts as the gas line was not up to current code. Used the shop vac to clean up the water that leaked onto the concrete floor because the water shut off valve failed and swept up after the installation was completed. It was much cleaner when they left than before they arrived. I would highly recommend them!!

Great experience. The customer service was quick, they had someone at my house within an hour for a sink plumbing issue. Best part is, they sent an amazing tech, David Burner. This guy was incredibly friendly, concise, and was in and out in an hour, trying to save me as much money as possible. Not only do I recommend Valu Rooter, I recommend David, he's amazing.

Ryan and Dylan did an amazing job!! I really appreciate that Ryan was able to unclog our drain. The area in our bathroom is extremely small but he still was able to help us out. They came out the day after we called and had it fixed in under an hour and also 2 days before Christmas! They were friendly and I was happy with the price. I will definitely call again when I need their services. Thank you!
