All reviews for Adelio's Contracting

Adelios replaced our exterior underground pipes, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. They completed the job quickly and maintained a professional standard throughout. Highly recommend!

The team was thorough and easy to work with. They provide the expected service while explaining how everything worked. We appreciated the hard work. Everyone was friendly! Thanks!

Adelio's crew completed a project to replace sewage and water lines from our house to the connections at the tree lawn on the 30th of September 2024. We appreciate all the exceptional work and superb attention to detail throughout the project. We are very happy with the finished product. The project was completed to the highest standards in just 5 days. The crew took great care, ensuring our yard was protected and restored to good condition. The planning and adminstrative support was also exceptional with superb communication throughout.

Again we appreciate all the outstanding work. On the final day the forman and his helper stayed until 6:15 pm to make sure everything was right, even resurfacing the new sidewalk after the neighbor kids made tracks in it accidentally.

Excellent job finding two main lines in front yard and snaking lines. Required camera in downspout and digging. Snaking storm line came up with roots.

Great job! Very professional company that has been doing work in the Heights area for years. Easy to work with and understand older homes drainage issues. Would highly recommend them!

Foreman Renaldo, Supervisor Hosea, Production Manager Adam. This team and the workers involved in workering at our home where quick, efficent, and very professional. We would highly recommend this company for your foundation work!

Adelio's handled a critical basement issue we had in a very professional manner. Their estimate was very fair and described the process that we could understand. The actual work was completed as promised by very competent technicians. Highly recommended.

I had my entire exterior foundation waterproofed. It was a big project and Adelio’s handled it professionally. The crew showed up on time every day and worked hard the entire time. The project was completed quickly and perfectly. The office staff is friendly, Nick answered every one of my questions and was prompt about returning calls. This company prides themselves on honesty and excellent work. They did not disappoint. For the project they needed to dig up all around my foundation and down my front yard but when they were finished, they put everything back together, even re-planting the bushes. They put my brick patio back together perfectly. I highly recommend this company.

Hard working and competent crew. So respectful of our property. Always polite. A job that looks well done! Thank you

Hard working and professional group. Shared their findings but didn’t push for any more work than what I felt was warranted. Will definitely use them again if the need arises.

We are very happy with the job Adelio’s did at our home and highly recommend their company. They were very responsive and gave us a fair price. We had excavating and waterproofing along the rear of our house and around the corner on the side by our breezeway. They also excavated and repaired the sanitary sewer in the back and front of our property. The Adelio’s team showed up on time every day and worked very hard and efficiently all day long. Everyone was very friendly and professional. We have had several very hard rains since they completed the job and we are very happy to say we have not found any water in our basement and all our drains are running perfectly. They are very honest and knowledgeable and truly want to help you solve any problems you are having at your home. We would definitely use their services again.

on time, great job, came out to clean all my spouts, cleanouts& sewer lines. they were able to identify cable company Breezeline installing cable thru my pipe, breezeline will be responsible for the repair, only thing adelios could have done better was cleanup, they left alot of dirt on my nature stone garage floor that I ended up cleaning myself.

Adelio's did an excellant job for us. They put in new footer drains along the front of my home and did it "inside" The job was done on time, the workers were professional, and after they finished they were quick to return to correct my concerns. I can't say enough good about the company and would strongly recommend them.

Sergio, Felix, Mike, Ulises, Jairon and of course Adam were the best. Hard working, professional and did a great job. Definitely recommend these wonderful gentleman. Oh and Jason too. God bless all of you for your hard efforts.

Excellent workmanship. Stayed with the job until the drain was cleared. Next time I will call them first.

Adelio’s team did an outstanding job from start to finish — from scheduling to communicating additional unforeseen work to leaving job site clean and “put back” like it never happened!

Great crew who did good work. They went above and beyond to protect mine, and my neighbours properties.

Adelios has done several projects for us - from waterproofing to adding connected downspouts to installing a French drain. They are always extremely efficient and professional - you will pay a bit more but it has always been worth it for us in the quality of their work.
On our latest waterproofing project, Adam walked us through the process and was very responsive to our questions or concerns. Jose and Chuy and their crew were courteous, hardworking, and very reliable. We will continue to use Adelios in the future!

6 years ago we had Adelio's do a great job of waterproofing, including shoring up a buckled basement wall. the last heavy rainfall in June caused water in the basement. We immediately called Adelio's. Because of extensive rain, they said they could only schedule 4 days later. However, on the second day, a technician was in area. He thought issue might be simple. He opened Cleanout Pipe. Found extensive root growth. Snaked and cleaned out pipe. Problem solved. Quickly and cheaply. Adelio's is great.

Oscar, Kenan and the entire crew were fantastic. Always easy to get a hold of and quick to answer questions. They took great care of our property and were able to fix the flooding issue in our backyard’s catch basin. Highly recommend Adelio’s and will be calling them again with any future needs.

I met with Nick this morning, and had a terrific consultation.
He laid out exactly what the issues were and how to implement a system in the rear of my home. When I initially called Adelio's, they immediately got back to me with an appointment the next day. What a well-run company!
