I recently used this company and I need to recommend them to anyone living in the area. The technician (Ken) took my call and was professional, and even offered to move his workday around to see me immediately. after his prompt arrival he diagnosed the issue in less than ten minutes and had my AC system back online within fifteen.

The prices were fair and under many of the estimates that I found online. Ken himself was personable and very knowledgeable about my AC unit.

Controlled Comfort was very quick to check out our air conditioning unit. We were given options to repair or replace and we chose to replace due to the age of the unit. We were give 'good, better, and best' price options, so we could pick what fit our budget and needs. Within a couple days, the unit was in and ready to be installed. The installers were on time, professional, and finished within a couple hours. They set up the new thermostat as well. Extremely happy, and very reliable contractor. Would recommend to anyone.
