We've had Bob Cook for many different plumbing jobs over the years. He does a great job at a reasonable price. We've called him with a few emergency jobs....like a backed up floor drain !!.....and he was able to come out in an hour to clear it.

This trip they changed a shower valve and installed a frost-proof spigot.

Excellent service! A damaged shower faucet control in a second floor bath was at risk of leaking inside a wall. Cook Plumbing, (Bob) treated the situation an emergency repair and was on site the day after I called. He assessed the damage problem, removed old parts, installed only the necessary new parts
needed to correct the problem, thus avoiding considerable expense of having to do a very costly installation of an entirely new faucet control assembly behind the shower wall. The cost for the service call, parts and repair labor was very reasonable, much less than I was expecting. I would highly recommend Cook Plumbing to anyone with home plumbing problems... absolutely great!

I had a great experience with this company today. Bobby came out for a pipe leak in my basement and fixed it within 30 mins and charged me pretty nominal.
Most of all, very professional and knowledgeable, exactly like any customer would want.

Cooks plumbing is the best. If I could give them 10 stars I would. We had an emergency and they came out at 8 pm to get our water back on! Then two days later they fixed the entire issue at a very reasonable price. Very friendly and knowledgeable people. I can not thank them enough for the work that they did! I would recommend this company to anyone!

Bob Cook is a real expert plumber and knows what he's doing. Unlike big companies he can get in and get the job done efficiently AND in a short amount of time, as well as charging a super reasonable fee. My whole family goes to Cook Plumbing and will continue to do so. Thanks!

Cook plumbing has done several jobs for us in the past and were good. The last 2 times I called about 2 different issues, they said they'd call right back and never did. I made a follow up call the next day and left VM. Nothing. My neighbor gave me his plumber's number, Elite, so I called them and they came out the same day I called. I even called Cook again to ask why they never got back to me and they don't answer. I would've liked to use them again, but I need reliability, or at least a straight answer. Just tell me you can't do the job. Don't leave me hanging.

I found this company on Nextdoor and decided to give them a try since I needed some emergency plumbing. I called BOB, and he assured me that someone would come out and look at my problem. The next day he showed up, gave me an estimate. We agreed to the estimate. Three days went by with me calling him every day and promising me. Someone would be there that day. Finally, I just gave up and never called them back and he never called and explained why he never showed up. Maybe my money was not green enough

Our toilet was backed up. The guy came out and barely wanted to work. Didn't even bring a plunger in with him. Used mines. Then went outside to get his. He actually was like, "*sigh*, I thought I could fix with a plunger". It needed a snake and he had to leave to get the correct tool. If you're coming to fix a plumbing issue, come with the correct tools. Unless, you have to replace a part. It's backed up again and he is stating it's our fault. I've NEVER had this issue before.
