Tony & Jonathan were excellent to work with. I trusted the team enough I ended up having them do an additional job in my laundry room and basement. They clearly communicated, always showed up on time, and did work for a fair price. I would recommend them to anyone.

We decided to change our basement tub/shower to a shower only. Jonathan was fantastic. He had a wealth of knowledge about any question that I asked (which was a lot). Not only was he knowledgeable, he was kind and professional. The plumbing looks great and worked appropriately when tested. The person that scheduled my service, Liz was very personable and kind. I would 100% use Pembroke Plumbing again!

More times than I can count I have had a certain pipe burst! Many plumbers have said it has been fixed and all is good. Within a year or two the same issue will occur- again!!

Pembroke plumbing came out today, after investigating the problem they gave me a comprehensive plan of action. Which should get to the root of the problem and correct it once and for all.

Pembroke Plumbing completed the job yesterday, doing an incredible job. They even managed to save my antique restored tub!! Look forward to working with them in the future.

Fast and friendly service. I had an old sump pump fail on me and decided to give pembroke plumbing a shot. Best decision I made! Johnathan came out and replaced it in a timely manner for a fair price. Would highly recommend and will be calling again for future repairs!

High praise for Tony and his team! I had a serious plumbing issue which required excavation to resolve. Their response was exceptionally quick from ensuring that the utilities were accurately identified, to the work being started and completed within one day. They provided clear documentation that I can send to the builder to request reimbursement. The guys that did the work were professional and did everything possible to reduce the damaged caused by the digging that needed to be done.

Johnathon is great! This is the second job we had him do and he did great work. He unclogged my kitchen drain and he put in a new disposal too He is so careful and explains what he does.

Our shower was leaking from the second floor. Jonathan and Chareef were able to fix the leaking pipes and install a new shower. They were very competent in fixing the leaking pipes to allow new dry wall to be installed in our ceiling. The shower compartment was not well designed and they had to use a contractor to install a shower door and no extra charge to us. We only paid what was quoted to us. My wife and I appreciate their professionalism and competency. We will use them again for future plumbing needs. We highly recommend Pembroke Plumbing.
