We were very pleased with our inspection with CAI. We are in the process of looking for a home and had some concerns about the first house we found after our offer was accepted. Our inspector was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to point things out to us and explain what he was seeing and serious of an issue it could be, and saved us from buying a money pit!

Matt was extremely helpful in providing a very thorough inspection of my older home. He uncovered very serious damages that I was not aware of ( mold in attic, bad electrical pole outside, wiring incorrect, sagging beams and damaged joyces in my crawlspace, etc. His price for the inspection was very reasonable for all that he looks at. He is kind, caring , responsive and professional. Because of him, I was able to get a new valuation on my property, which lowered my taxes, which allowed me to get estimates to get some of the work done to correct the problems , as well . Highly recommend this company!

Our inspector Michael went above and beyond with our home inspection. He walked us through every inch of our home and explained each issue in depth. Michael. L was the best home inspector I've ever had. He's very experienced and knows what he is looking for. As we did the home inspection he walked me through the inspection as he did and what he was looking for. He is a very honest and down to earth gentlemen.
