Just appears to be an angry person who loves to spread his rage rather than move on. This person decided to leave a negative review on our business in the hopes of causing harm because he didn't like what we had to say. There was no business exchange, just him not liking an offer or quote that was made (in which he exggratd and made numbers up to sound worse), he didn't like the numbers, so he decided to try to harm our business.

I made the mistake of hiring Joe to build my dream home, and boy, was that a plot twist. I expected walls and a roof—not live-action theater. Watching Joe “manage” a project is like watching a tornado organize a filing cabinet.

First off, I’m not sure Joe knows what a blueprint is. He looked at mine like I handed him hieroglyphics. After assuring me he had it “all up here” (while tapping his head), he went on to build what looked like a modern art installation…or a shed having an identity crisis.

Communication? Forget it. The man goes from 0 to meltdown faster than a toddler without a nap. Ask him about a timeline, and suddenly you’re in the front row of a one-man Broadway show—face beet red, arms flailing, words coming out so jumbled it sounded like he was inventing a new language. I half-expected him to breathe fire.

Oh, and apparently, my pale complexion was a personal offense to him. Any issue on site somehow became a rant about “you people” (still not sure who “we” are, but Joe’s definitely got a vendetta). It was like watching Archie Bunker on fast-forward.

Quality of work? Well, let’s just say if you enjoy doors that don’t close, windows installed upside-down, and a roof that waves in the wind like a flag, then Joe’s your guy. I now own the first house where gravity is optional.

Do yourself a favor—if you see Joe’s name on a contract, run. Preferably into a house that won’t collapse.
