Tri-County (Danny) assessed my situation and advised me to work further with my utility (utility had been failing to act when they should have). But, Danny also helped me to understand so issues I had with my existing, older service and developed several estimates for the work. The prices look very acceptable and I expect to have the work done in the new year.

This was the first time I used Tri-County Electric and Chris was friendly and thorough. He exceeded my expectations and I am so glad I used this company. Will definitely call Tri-County again and recommend them to my friends.

Robbie was incredibly friendly and professional! I urgently needed a light fixed the same day, and they went above and beyond to ensure they got the right light and completed the job promptly. They were in and out in no time! I would definitely recommend them for any future lighting needs.

Shawn Dean was absolutely thorough, kind and beyond informative in his assessment and explanation of what's happening in our 1937 house. He happily answered all of our questions and offered different options regarding budget flexibility. We would be happy to have him over again for any and all future work.

Update: I wrote the above only after the initial estimate, and now that the work has been done, I've still got nothing but positive things to say about both Shawn Dean and Nick Kriska. Both men did solid work updating indoor and outdoor outlets, switches, the main breaker box and a new grounded quad outlet in the basement for my home recording studio. Everything looks great, they were kind and informative, flexible and they left the space cleaner than they found it. They'll be getting the call back next time I'm ready to update a few more things, as well as if/when something breaks down.

Robbie and Vincent did a great job. They were very thorough and went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I am so happy to be able to refer clients to Tri-County Electric. My installer Danny did an amazing job putting up my chandelier. In addition to his expertise, Danny did an excellent job explaining what needed to be done in order to install my chandelier (from my previous home) to proper code and length for my high vaulted ceiling. He itemized the pricing so nicely and was not at all pushy. I felt he was very fair and super honest. He took such good care of my precious chandelier of 25 years; while adding additional wiring to my chandelier he discovered rust inside from my years-old ceiling leak and cleaned it up. That truly made me happy!! He treated me like a friend and did not rush through the job. Every time I turn on my chandelier, I remember the peaceful experience. I would give Tri-County Electric high marks for their estimate process. Vince did a very good job explaining what would be needed how the work would be done. And the quote was sent to us promptly.

Tri-County Electric partnered with me on a volunteer project for Special Spaces Cleveland where we provide no cost dream bedroom makeovers for children with cancer. Jason Magda was amazing and donated services at no cost to our non-profit to provide a boy battling cancer with a brand new ceiling fan as well as electrical service to one side of his room that wasn't previously working. The room recipient is a gamer so having sufficient electrical service was a necessity and also needed for safety. Big shout out to Dan for meeting me on site to do the work. Tri-County is amazing and we are so grateful to have them as a Special Spaces Cleveland partner! Personally I am excited to have a trustworthy, philanthropic and good hearted electrical contractor to use in my personal home! Will recommend Tri-County whenever someone is looking for an electrician!

Nick and Shawn were great, they seemed very excited and enthusiastic about their work and took pride which showed in the end result. They took the time to point out safety hazards and potential cost savings in the future as they walked my house. We used Tri-County Electric for a series of electrical needs including a chandelier installation, electric heating, installation of ceiling fans, light fixtures, and correcting previous electrical work performed by another provider. Danny was efficient, knowledgeable, respectful, cleaned-up well, didn’t leave gaping holes in the wall, and accommodated all of our requests. The quality of his work was also notable and he was wonderful to work with. Danny stayed later than expected to finish the extensive scope of work. We will be sure to request him in the future. Shawn and Matt came out to help diagnose a power issue. The issue was outside of my home so they correctly referred me to my electric provider. They were also kind enough to switch my furnace to the phase of power that is working so I have heat while I wait.

Paxton came out and hooked us up with an awesome deal and fixed our burst pipe and we had running water before the end of the day! 110% recommend!

Chris was great and kept us informed of any issues. He helped us switch video doorbells, as we were not pleased with the one installed by our builder. Will definitely use Tri-County again!

First time using this company. We were really stressed out after we had a tree limb fall and took down multiple lines. Losing power and heat when it’s 20 degrees outside is really scary. We were desperate to find someone who could fix the left mast and the power meter base quickly and at an affordable price. This company did both. I would highly recommend them and will use them for future jobs.

And in particular, I recommend Lc. He’s very friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help my grandma and I. We can’t thank him enough. But (as a company), y’all can. This man deserves a raise. 😂

Garrett is awesome! Super friendly, easy to talk to, and really knows what he’s doing with plumbing. He showed up when he said he would and got everything fixed quickly without any stress. I appreciate how honest and straightforward he is—no upselling, just solid work at a fair price.

Brandon from the residential department was top notch. The company as a whole was amazing to work with. From scheduling, customer service and communication. Brandon was extremely accommodating to our time and schedule! The pricing was by far out of the park vs a couple other quotes I received that were 10 times higher.
