I have been a general contractor and builder for 20+ years, and I have never worked with a HVAC company has good as RT's. Professional, on time, excellent quality, and the prices are extremely reasonable. Can't recommend Ryan and his team enough!

You can buy local, or not. You can work with a company who is investing in your community or not. You can work with a team who care about your home or not. RT's team did a lot of great work but most of all they took the time to talk to us, answer our hundreds of questions and most of all did what they committed to us they would do. Highly recommend Ryan's team.

Used Ryan and his company for a full HVAC replacement. It was a warranty claim and Ryan was able to work with the warranty company to get the job done. Very friendly and honest person. Love my new system!

Called around to a couple different places when my heat would not kick on. They were the only ones to answer, and I'm glad they did. Ryan was fast to arrive, as I have 2 girls under the age of 18 months, so that was important to us. He knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it within 20 mins. Ryan earned himself a long term customer today.

We will use RTs for all our HVAC I called and that day they were out there. Very professional and the girl that answers the phone is very nice to work with as well. Ryan and the gentleman that did the service Very nice and helpful explaining how a heat pump works vs a gas furnace which is what I always had Very great customer service which is hard to find today. They came to our home to service our HVAC units and performed service on our old pool heater that was an electric Rheem heat pump. Ryan and his crew did an excellent job and the repair costs were reasonable and everything is running great! Could not recommend them enough.

I had an issue with my gas line when I moved into my new house. I wasn’t sure who to call but once I found RT’S online I decided to call and see what they could do. They came out the same day and had the issue fixed in less than 24 hours! They were great I will definitely use them in the future! Super nice and honest people.

Ryan came out to service my unit , diagnosed the problem and had a solution same day! Had every thing I needed on his truck! Very knowledgeable and courteous. Would highly recommend him to anyone that needs AC and Heating needs!

Rt’s is an awesome heating and cooling repair company. Called them late at night when our furnace heat went out. Ryan came out and made the repair right away. Have me a military discount. They were respectful and professional. Heat is back on and we can’t thank him enough! I recommend RT’s for any repairs you need.

I absolutely love the Mitsubishi HVAC PTAC system installed by RTs Heating and Cooling.

It works even better than I imagined. My older home made it difficult to install a traditional duct system. I was hesitant to spend a little more for the Mitsubishi system but it is worth it.

Ryan and his crew did an amazing job and installed the system as designed and on time. They were easy to work with even during Covid issues and supply chain issues. They guided me away from other manufacturers who are less reliable and those who have parts delayed.

All in all very good experience and would highly recommend RTs and Mitsubishi both.

I highly recommend RTs. My furnace went out on on a Friday night; called them Saturday am and Ryan was at the house 2 hours later. Personable, professional and trust worthy. They researched to see if there were any warranties on the unit/parts to save me whatever they could, and got the work scheduled and completed quickly. If you need some HVAC work, RT's is the one I'd call.

I had an issue with my AC, called Ryan and he showed up and fixed it the next day. He not only fixed the problem but explained the issue in a way that didn’t make me feel silly (especially given that the issue was the result of my lack of care!). I signed up for the yearly maintenance plan to prevent more issues. Happy to have Ryan and his crew helping me out!

Ryan did an amazing job fixing our AC! He was open to any questions we had, explained the whats and whys of what was going on, and got everything blowing ice cold again!

Of all the HVAC companies I've dealt with in the past RT'S was the best experience and quality!

I have used RT’S Heating and Cooling multiple times now and have never be disappointed. Ryan has always shown up when he said he would and even squeezed a visit in when he was extremely busy. As far as price goes, I don’t think you will find a better price for the service you get from this company. I am always quick to recommend RT’S Heating and Cooling whenever someone is looking for anything HVAC related.

We were in the market for a newer/larger outside unit and a new inside unit (and later learned our cool air exchanges needed to be a bit larger). I researched RT's before I called for an estimate. I learned that Ryan is a veteran and decided between that information and reading all the lovely reviews online I would see if he could do any better on pricing than a previous estimate we received (from another local company). He was gracious enough to adapt to our work schedules to provide the estimate. He looked at everything that was currently installed, gave his recommendations on what would be most efficient for our home and the reasons why, and also chatted with us for a bit. His estimate did beat the other company's. When the crew came on the day of install they were great to say the least! Polite, knowledgeable, and almost didn't even know they were in our home. They also had a teenage apprentice with them who demonstrated the same qualities as the rest of the crew and you could tell he was eager to learn. It was a fantastic experience and we will recommend RT's to anyone who cares to listen!

We have used RT's for our furnace/HVAC install and for our water heater maintenance. They are fabulous! Always on time, extremely professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone that wants quality work done.

This was our second time using RT’s heating and cooling. First time was to service our fireplace and the second time was to replace our ac unit. Both times we had amazing service. They’re reasonably priced and honest which is hard to come by these days. Thanks to Ryan and his team for taking good care of us when our AC was out and it was close to 90 degrees outside! Will never use anyone but RT’s for our HVAC needs in the future.

RT's installed a mini split heat pump in my garage. Ryan answered all my questions. Gave a fair price for install, showed up on time he and his crew were very professional. Very happy with the end result and will recommend them for future work/maintenance.

Highly recommend this company and here's why-
Called with an emergency, owner calmed me down over phone and said they were on their way, then his technician arrived quickly and even though I'm sure he was aware what I told the guy on the phone listened and asked about what was going on. After seeing the furnace he determined my issue explained what was wrong in a way that I understood and didn't feel in the dark about. He gave me options between repair replace (24 year old furnace) but unlike a previous company gladly did the repair without pushing for a new unit sale, after he completed the repair he made a couple other recommendations to prolong the life of my already old furnace. Among them were thing me as a customer could do. Overall it was a great experience and will be calling with all my future heating and cooling needs.

RTs was recommended to us and exceeded our expectations. It was super easy to call and schedule service. When they came out to do the service they were very professional and took the time to answer any questions that we had. Everyone is very friendly and we are definitely using them in the future whenever we have a HVAC need.

I was impressed by the professionalism of the two technicians sent. They were knowledgeable, respectful and willing to work. How refreshing! I personally am in construction and have been for 45 years, I know the challenges of finding qualified workers. I also appreciated how they were very thorough, checking every aspect of our system to insure it functions as it should.I will recommend your company to others.
