We were very happy to have had Christ Ian construction. Very personable, explained all was being done . Can't thank them enough!

They showed up on time. They finished a day earlier than I thought, which is important to me. They were very nice and easy to work with.

So after having two different company’s come out and attempt a repair on my roof Robert came and got the job done in lest than 30 minutes I highly recommend!

They did a roof tune up- nail pops, seal loose shingles, replace damaged shingles, sweep valleys and install some gutter covers. Joshua is smart, works fast and has good social skills. Well worth the money.

We had a leak that 6 other roofing company’s could not find. Tom came out had figured out that water was getting behind the siding on a window, in 15 minutes he solved a problem we had for years. Thank you!!!

Robert was extremely nice and knowledgeable. Emailed him at 10pm and he emailed back within an hour stating he was busy the next day but would make time to stop by. Called me in the AM and was there by 3pm finished by 4:30pm. Highly recommended, honest company.

Robert was very punctual and professional through the roof inspection process to getting the roof replaced in a very timely manner with top quality workmanship. I would and have recommended to others in the neighborhood.

Robert and Butch came out to fix fascia that blew off during a storm. Robert quoted me the job and fixed it complete all in a couple of hours to make sure it was weather tight. They did a great job! Great service, greatly appreciated.

Chris Tian Construction roofed our home and detached garage. They were knowledgeable, communicated with us, completed the project in a timely
manner, and cleaned the work site before departing. The crew dealt with rotting boards and the problem of a low pitched roof attached to a steep rise. Flashings around skylights and chimney are a 100% sharper than before. We highly recommend and would secure their expertise again should need arise.

Robert and his crew are great. They came out when my sky lights were leaking ( none roof related) and fixed right away. All fixed and good. I highly recommend Christian construction. Robert is an honest person and will not do you wrong.

We were qualified for a new roof through our insurance Co. & friends down our street recommended Chris Tian Construction based on their experience. Rob Laurence came for an estimate & worked well with our insurance Co helping us through the process. He brought samples & helped us pick a shingle & before long the crew started on our roof. When the roof was finished the clean up was so complete, it didn't look as if we had work done. Rob stopped by during the process to make sure things were going as planned & also that we were pleased with the job. Communication was never an issue & we would recommend this Co. for all the above reasons.

Chris Tian Roofing completed my new roof and multiple skylight installation a few weeks ago. From the very beginning in getting a quote from Tom the same day he came to view the job, to the completion of the the job, both he and Rob were very informative and professional as well as were their installers. I admire their "upfront" and "honest" approach and was impressed with their integrity. I chose Chris Tian Roofing because of their "no-nonsense" approach, passing on other companies who simply wanted to "get the job" by supplying me with pages and pages of sales pitches. Job well done guys ! Top notch !

Never called back never showed up

Very nice when he came out. Said he would get back with estimate. Waited almost 2 weeks and nothing. Called and was told it would be emailed, still nothing.

From the rest of the reviews maybe I was a one off. I had a horrible experience though. Took forever for the roof replacement and then when I had an issue with the install I could not get them back out. I tried for months and kept being told it was busy season. The last I texted and asked about being out in the schedule, I got a very nasty reply demanding I'm not message again. I would message about once a month asking if they could find time to put me on the schedule. Maybe that got annoying after six months, but I never heard an update unless I messaged and it was only a one year warranty. Bottom line I decided I was not going to get talked to that way and ended up deciding just to pay to have another company come out to fix the issue.
