We had an unexpected issue with our furnace and we were unsure of whether it was a minor or a major problem. On call to Buckeye Heating Cooling and Plumbing they worked us into their schedule the very next day. Terry was our HVAC Tech and he was clearly an expert at his craft. Highly recommend Buckeye Heating, Cooling & Plumbing. Had our furnace tuned up. Our technician Gian was patient with our questions, checked out everything efficiently, was respectful and had helpful suggestions.

Did a furnace inspection and cleaning on our first house after purchase. Our technician did a very thorough clean. It had been clear that the previous owners had not cleaned or maintained the furnace at all. Used the $53 coupon. Now we’re goign to try the $24/mo subscription.

Ryan and Terry did a great job in evaluating, adjusting, and inspecting my furnace. Checked CO level, and other safety features. Only took an hour or so. Much appreciated, thank you.

Plumbing Issue: Had a plugged up kitchen sink that I couldn’t get to flow. Called Buckeye and had someone out the next day. Max Kovacs was the man for the job. He was professional, friendly, cleaned up before leaving and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Would definitely recommend Buckeye and Max!

Had some furnace issues and Buckeye did whatever it took to resolve and never tried to high pressure me into a new unit. Had a completely different experience with my AC unit a couple years ago with a competitor. Highly recommend!

David was very personable and explained everything he was going to do to service my furnace system. When he was done and came back upstairs he also actually turned off all the basement lights I had turned on for him before he started work! No one has ever done that before. Trust me, it's a big deal. ;>D And before he left he went over the "Home Health Report Card" in detail, pointing out a few things that might be a concern sometime in the future. I felt very secure in the knowledge that my furnace was in optimal condition after his work.

Jay, my service man was pleasant and courteous. He listened to my description of the problem and went right to work. We discussed different options about what course of action I could take to remedy the problem. Once we decided what was the best approach, Jay checked on parts and repaired the problem. He was efficient and had the repair completed in a timely manner. The repair was tested and checked out fine.

Buckeye heating diagnosed my HVAC properly and we were able to replace both heater (gas) and air conditioning during summer. Their annual checkup is thorough, providing a detailed report. I highly recommend!

Josh came out today to perform our water heater flush. He was professional, very knowledgeable and did a thorough job. We were so thankful for the job he did and would definitely have Buckeye back out to do the flush next year! Thanks Josh.

Multiple techs working together to solve a problem that would have been an easy chance for them to BS and make some quick money on an expensive part. Instead, they installed an expensive part and later discovered a possibility for it to be something else and in turn much less money (short term). As a long-standing client and one who’s enrolled in their maintenance programs, they valued my history and my investment in them by giving me the benefit of honest discovery and truth. In the end, my furnace was repaired at no cost to me. And though that did not make them any money in the short term, when both of those parts do inevitably go bad, they will get all of that business. They will also be the ones that replace my unit when it’s time. So they passed on short-term money (pennies in the scheme of things) and picked up guaranteed thousands in the near future. As a small business owner myself, it’s nice to see people doing it the right way because it makes both of our lives better. And had management made them act without prudent discretion, this exchange would have been lost, so keep supporting the techs so they can make partnerships out of their visits.

I love the arrival communication! Me.Johan Gil was very professional from entering my house to leaving it. I let him know about an issue I was concerned about with the AC and he addressed it with proof! Thank you so kindly for your expertise, Mr. Gil.

We had our semi annual maintenance check performed by David G. He arrived on time and did a complete inspection of our HVAC system. He was very professional and communicated very well with us. David did a fine job explaining everything. He certainly is one of the finest techs that we have met. We have come to expect excellent customer service from Buckeye H & C.

Ryan Burnett repaired our furnace. Upon completion found a subsequent issue involving increased CO levels. He offered options to correct this issue and created an appointment with a comfort consultant. Ryan’s work was completed fixing our original problem with the blower motor in a professional manner. We appreciated his honesty and willingness to explain and offering advice on how to proceed.

David was awesome, he was very professional and gave all our pets many pats during his visit. 10/10 would definitely recommend and we will definitely be requesting him for our next tuneup

We love buckeye! Their technicians are always friendly and professional. Dillion was our most recent tech. He kept us informed of the process and stayed until he made sure our heating was working during these cold months.
