We've had the best service and experience with Guaranteed. Ben is our technician & has installed our new units when we moved in, serviced them for years & installed our new smart thermostat quickly. Always on time, friendly & knowledgeable, we've been so happy with our service.

Called and Ben was here within an hour. House is cool now. They installed the furnace and air unit a few years ago. Maintenance agreement is the way to go .

The service technician was knowledgeable, very polite, and completed the job quickly.

Called and guy said I can have someone there in 30 minutes. Technician showed up and diagnosed the problem in minutes, replaced the part in minutes and cool air again flowing. From the time first call placed to the repair being done a little over an hour. I would def recommend

These people are wonderful! They came out the same day and fixed my a/c. They really know their stuff. Ben patiently explained what all he did, and recommended a yearly service agreement which covers the spring and fall checkups. They are very honest. I highly recommend them.

Had a warped panel on heat exchanger box needed replaced, good fast service with just a bit of wait on part from supply, happy with the job

DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!! Guaranteed Heating & Cooling is "top notch"!!! My first call to them I was talked to respectfully, had all my questions answered and Ben even gave me more information. They were able to get me scheduled quickly and showed up on time. The young man that came out (young Ben) was very polite, respectful and very knowledgable. The service technician was friendly and professional. There was an issue of miscommunication between the office and myself, but they took care of it and rectified the situation in a surprising and timely manner. Great customer service!!

We just got back from a weekend road trip. We arrived home and our house was 81, with 2 dogs and a 4 year old, that was not going to work. I called Guaranteed and within an hour, Ben Jr. was at my house. Funny thing is the Pizza guy and Ben showed up at same time, I had to put the dogs away and the pizza guy handed Ben my food and left. So there stood Ben with my pizza and his tools. Luckily simple fix, but the wife, kid, dogs and I are thankful Ben Jr was there, not only for our AC, but our dinner

Ben came in for a yearly check of the furnace, and it works great! We schedule Guaranteed Heating for our system check every year, and are always satisfied with their work.

We called Friday night to have our air conditioner looked at, Saturday morning Guaranteed was there to look at it. We ended up buying a new air conditioner because the compressor was going out and didn’t want to get caught in the heat. They were able to put our new unit in on Tuesday. Quick and great service.
