We used COC on a sizable project in the Columbus area. They provided a seamless solution to our needs and ran more than a few dumpsters for our commercial site. We had a 30 yard dumpster placed at a home we were preparing to sell. I told the person we were cleaning out a house. Lots of household items. She asked if there was going to be any landscape material. I told her there would not be any. I had to call twice to get a copy of the receipt. There was an additional $461 charge on my MasterCard because they had to go to another dump site for the household items. This was never told ahead of time, so instead of the cost of the dumpster, $386 quoted on the phone, the total price was $847. Very bad business practice. Will never use them again.

I’m just starting my business I called to get a quote of how much would it be to get a dumpster that person that answer me had a very bad attitude and she hung up the phone on me which that was very rude I’m so disappointed about their services that they give to costumers

These are the worst drivers out there.

One of their drivers took down a power line causing property damage and a mans car to be damaged. I would not use this business.

I dont know what training these truck drivers go through, but pulling in front of cars when they are leaving COC on Jackson is incredibly reckless and irresponsible. Thid has happened more than once and it feels like a wreck waiting to happen. These drivers clearly dont care about the safety of others on the road.
