I’m a REALTOR® with ERA Martin and Associates, and I’ve had to call these guys twice in less than a month—once for a basement and once for an older cellar with mold and moisture issues. Both times, they showed up quickly and got the job done! Fast, professional, and reliable—highly recommend!

can’t thank Quick 2 Dry enough! When my basement flooded and I had water up to my knees, they responded within a couple of hours. Their team arrived quickly and immediately brought in powerful pumps, blowers, and industrial dehumidifiers.
As soon as the water was pumped out, they brought a dumpster on site — that was a huge help and really sped up the entire drying process. Just 5 days later, with their expert help, all of my walls passed the mold inspection and I was able to keep my original drywall.
Thank you, Quick 2 Dry, for being so responsive and attentive. Your rapid response greatly aided my recovery after the flood. I highly recommend them to anyone dealing with water damage!

They were great getting the damage done from a major kitchen drain leak so we would not have to deal with mold in the future. They are efficient

Myles and LJ. we’re kind and courteous the minute they walked in the door. Myles explained the process they were going to use to clean furniture before they started. Both men worked together quickly and made sure neither missed any spots. They asked me to look over each piece of furniture as they finished before moving on to the next. I was more than satisfied with not not only the cleanliness of the couches, but the professionalism! Thank you, Quick 2 Dry!

LJ did a great job cleaning our carpets after we had our mold remediation done. Looking forward to working with them in the future!

After 7" of rain over taxed our sump pump, our basement filled up with 3" of water in about 5min. We called Quick 2 Dry immediately.

Josh and his crew at Quick 2 Dry were out there in less than an hour and took care of my flooded basement (Finished & Unfinished) quickly. They worked tirelessly to get all of the water out fast and then began the drying process. There would have been a lot more damage without the quick reaction, support and care that Josh and his team took. They know what they're doing. Thanks Josh!

Quick 2 Dry did an excellent job cleaning the carpets in my home. They were friendly, professional and removed a few stains. I also used quick to dry for an extraction at my grandfathers over the summer. They were prompt and flexible.

I highly recommend Quick2Dry. My basement had previously flooded and I needed someone who was close to me and would give the best water restoration job. I had heard of Quick2Dry and decided to give them a shot. Not only were they extremely helpful, they went above and beyond in service. I continue to use them to get my carpets cleaned through out my house. Probably one of the most timely and accurate cleaning company I have used. I HIGHLY recommend.

This business has been great to work with. I called late one night and the owner was out the next day to examine and provide an estimate for mold. After discovering the cause of the leak and repairing that, they were out quickly to treat the mold and remove flooring that could not be saved. Three men arrived to preform the job and I discovered they were the owners sons. All men were professional and responsive to my questions. They are fairly priced and easy to work with. I would highly recommend Quick 2 Dry.

I couldn't be more impressed or pleased with Quick2Dry services to mitigate water damage to my basement. They began service in less than two hours of my call, advised me of processes, and met with my insurance reps.

Myles and Chase handled my personal items with care and respected my home as they removed damaged bulky items, including drywall, paneling, and built-ins from the basement.

    Quick2Dry did a great job.

I had a sewage backup issue after several heavy storms a few days ago. I was sold on their cleaning process and we agreed for them to do the clean up. Unfortunately, they were 2 hours late on the last day because their team went to the wrong house. When they got here while they were cleaning when one of the workers were done, I heard the quote "it's good enough" but I didn’t think much of it. So I took their advice about not going in the basement for several hours so it could dry. I'm disappointed they didn't clean up all the toilet paper and debris from around the basement when they were finished.

Dishonest and greedy!!! Not only did this company drastically overcharge me for water extraction after my sump pump failed on a Saturday, the owner was very argumentative, condescending and utterly unprofessional when questioned about the invoice in relation to the actual work that was done at my house. After receiving a handwritten scrawled invoice via email, I never received a legible bill but what I did get was a phone call (with more argumentative and condescending attitude) early one Saturday morning a couple weeks later telling me he was sending my past-due amount to his lawyer on Monday. His two-man crew spent about three hours total on this job, using carpet cleaning equipment to remove water from a 14 x 20 rec room in the basement. They pulled up the carpet and ran fans under it with two commercial dehumidifiers running. They said they would be back two days later, on Monday, to pick everything up. Without calling, the worker showed up at my door at Noon Monday wondering where I was; I was at work, obviously. I told him I could be home by 3:00 and he said he would come back then--he did not show up and when I called him around 5:30, he said he was busy at an emergency (which sounded a lot like a party in the background). He didn't come back until Tuesday evening. While the equipment was supposed to be picked up Monday and was not due to their incompetence, the owner insisted the equipment was at my house for three days (it was at my house for exactly 48 hours) and insisted on charging me as such. Further, he charged me over $2600 (although he told me he'd only charge me $1200 if I didn't submit it to my insurance) which by either amount is extremely excessive for the amount of time two laborers and his equipment were actually at my house. I explained that he is overcharging my insurance company and how, in the end, that hurts EVERYONE who has homeowners insurance by driving up our rates. After arguing with me for some time (with plenty more condescension) he then told me that the bill now, if I paid it myself, would be $2600. I had no choice but to submit it to my insurance, obviously. By the end of our last conversation he stated he should charge me $5000. Fearing he would continue upping the bill and taking advantage of me, or put a lien on my house, I reluctantly gave him my credit card number over the phone. I absolutely would not recommend this company for any kind of work--beware (and I hate to have to say this) especially if you are a single woman.

Bullying tactics , says he would not give me the free estimate without allowing him to do the work, telling my husband and I that he would get in trouble with the law for seeing the work and not completing it the same day he came out. We had to hire friends to pull carpet , cut and dispose of. He also wanted to know how much they were going to give us, so he could service us up to that amount.
