Just had a service call from Rob on our Midea window air conditioning units, as part of the nationwide recall. Professional and friendly, explained everything he was doing, even left us some spare drain plugs. Cannot recommend AAA TV Care & Repair enough. THANK YOU

Adam was incredibly helpful with repairing my Midea AC. Explained what was going on and what the fixes would do to help the machine. Hopefully, won’t have to have my AC serviced again, but if I do I know who to call!

Adam came to fix our air conditioner that had a part recalled. He was prompt and worked fast. He also explained how to maintain the equipment for optimal use. I would use him and recommend him to everyone!

Fantastic service! Rob was professional, knowledgeable and tidy. I would absolutely use them again. He was able to root cause an issue with an appliance easily and gave me tips to prevent future issues. Text reminders for the appointment and a call fifteen minutes out. This was much easier than I thought it would be.

We have been having problems with our washing machine. We have had several technicians out here to check things. Today, 12/12/24, we got Tim. He was wonderful. He was super nice, informative and we really appreciated all of his suggestions. If you need a qualified, technician to fix an appliance, I would highly recommend Tim if he is available and in your area. Can't say enough good about him! Great job!!! Happy Holidays Tim :)

Our whirlpool refrigerators lights recently quit working. Still being under warranty whirlpool sent out Adam from AAA Appliance Repair and he had the issue fixed within 5-10 minutes. Great service, professional, got the job done quickly. Really can't ask for much more than that. Thank you for you timely response and quick service!

Rob serviced my 3 Midea air conditioner units and cleaned them for me. Good as new! He explained every step, and gave me very helpful tips on how to keep them clean on the inside to prevent future mildew or mold growth. He was here less than 30 minutes. He was very kind, and courteous. Very pleased! Give this company a shot!

Tim was very knowledgeable and helpful. He kept in touch the day of his visit to let me know exactly what time he would be there and if he was running behind. Before even looking at my washer, he asked me a lot of questions about what I was experiencing plus asked me How much soap I used and how often I cleaned my washer. Very thorough and helpful would definitely call him again if I needed any sort of repair.

Rob did a great job and was very pleasant to talk to! He was here on time and repaired both of my Midea air conditioners right away. He also explained and left extra plugs for me to change out.

Adam (owner and technician) was excellent. He serviced our recalled window AC unit. He called ahead and was on time and professional and friendly. He completed the repair super quickly (about 20 minutes) and cleaned up very well.

On time, efficient, and helpful with our Midea window unit repairs! Adam was also kind enough to look at our oven even though that's not why he was here! If we need any appliance repair in the future, I'll definitely be calling Adam again!

Adam did a wonderful job replacing a part on my LG TV. He even remounted the TV on my wall which he certainly wasn’t getting paid to do. Adam Showed up when he said he would and was excellent at communicating the status of the replacement part arrival as well as his estimated arrival to my home.
I appreciated the fact that Adam repaired the TV quickly, made sure the TV was working, and cleaned up his workspace.
I would use Adams services again!
