We had a power issue at our home with partial power in certain rooms and no power with large appliances. We called Mr. Electric and they sent out Nicholas and he diagnosed the problem and gave us some options. We now have full power and we are a happy couple again. Thank you Nicholas, you are much appreciated.

James Smith did an absolutely outstanding job installing some floodlights for me. I initially found them through thumbtack and the booking process was a very seamless.

James arrived, I explained to him my vision and he made it happen. We ran into a small issue that was rectified after he did some troubleshooting. 10/10 I highly recommend. I will continue using them for all my future services!

Greg was amazing at communication along with being very friendly and helpful. Nick did an amazing job on our project. He was very professional and was willing to answer any questions. I have another project coming up soon and I am without a doubt going with Mr. Electric again.

Zack and Ben did a great job installing our whole house surge protection system! They were on time and very friendly and capable electricians.

James did a super job. He went above and beyond to replace the outlet for my oven. Also, he changed difficult to reach light bulbs in my stairwell and upgraded the light switch. Finally, Greg efforts to find time to squeeze me in for a last minute appointment on a busy holiday weekend. I appreciate both of them and the work they did. More importantly, I felt like they treated me as if I were part of their family.

I had a great experience with Mr. Electric - Cincinnati West. The owner, Greg, reached out quickly when I inquired and got us on the schedule the very next day. Nick came to our home and fixed the issue, no problem. He was super friendly and cleaned up well when the job was finished. We will definitely use Greg and Nick for any work in the future!

My experience was great! James Smith was my technician and he was very fast & knowledgeable. They were also very accommodating with my work schedule. Outlet works great now and we plan on calling them again soon to fix a fixture in our bedroom

We had James Smith out to the house to add an outdoor exhaust for our bathroom fan that just dumped into the attic. He was extremely knowledgeable about building code. He also knew the best way to fix our issue. He is very good at attention to detail and I was happy with the outcome.

Arrived, viewed work area, discussed installation and got to work, quick and efficient. Very professional, The whole system inspection was quite good and enlightening. Will use them again if electrical work needed.

These guys are super friendly and came as fast as humanly possible. The job was tough with a one hundred year old system but they got it done in good time.

We had a weatherhead riser and meter box replacement. All the technicians were wonderful and Greg went the extra set to make everything go smooth and look nice. We had also needed an inspection which he took care of too. I recommend him for your next job.

I normally pride myself on being a do it yourself kind of person. That being said I know when I get in over my head.

I came home to find I had no power in my basement. No lights. No outlets. No hot water heater. Nothing! After trying the breakers and probing around with my multimeter I was getting nowhere. So I called Mr Electric.

They sent out two of their best guys ( my opinion) Zach Welch and Scott Harvath. They were friendly, respectful, and most importantly knowledgeable. They got to work on what turned out to be a not so easy fix. ( Power surge) They replaced the damaged wiring and components, tested the system, and gave me a straight forward and clear picture of what happened and why.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone ( including proud DIYers). I know I will certainly keep their number handy!

Zach came on a Friday afternoon to accommodate my work schedule. He was here to diagnose a problem with our bathroom lights which kept flickering. He checked the switch and then checked the breaker box to make sure the problem was the light switch. When he was sure it was, he quickly put in a new switch and no more flickering. Appreciate his work and great attitude. I would use Mr. Electric again.

Can’t say enough about services provided. The worked until the job was done. The cost for the work was fair. Special shoutout for Kelly l, her work ethic is unbelievable.

Greg at Mr. Electric was amazing. His knowledge and expertise was beyond any electrician I have ever worked with. He was able to help my clients being their house up to code and make it safe for my home owners!

We hired this company to install whole house surge protection and grounding. While they were at the house they noticed that our oven’s circuit breaker was outdated and didn’t have a neutral. A GCFI circuit breaker was installed but kept tripping. They investigated and found that the 240 v outlet for our stove had some melting damage inside. They replaced it for us. Scott, Zach and Greg were super nice and professional. They explained everything to us in detail. They informed us of relevant discounts that saved us a lot of money. We were very happy with this company.

Kelley did an excellent job. She found the problem fast, stayed late to finish it right, and was professional the whole time. I couldn’t be happier—highly recommend!

I called into Mr. Electric of Cincinnati West and was greeted by Greg. He was super polite and asked how he could help. He walked me through rewiring this antique fixture in my dining room and got me through mounting it with no issues at all. Greg was extremely helpful and patient and I will definitely be using him and his team again in the future!!
