Professional install of top equipment. We’ve been with Buckeye for years since they installed our new air conditioner 10 years ago. Recently the furnace stopped working after 17 years and the choice was clear. The Buckeye crew came out on time, kept tidy, and got our heat back on in hours. Great team. Couldn’t ask for more.

Patrick Waldrop was your technician who came out. He found a few minor issues and corrected them. My furnace is working; I have heat and as of now whatever the issue was is gone. Patrick was a pleasure to talk with and knowledgeable and professional.

I highly recommend this company. Kyle was thorough and polite. The whole experience was very positive. I have also used them for plumbing and they were great at that as well.

Our eighteen year old furnace went out during single digit weather. Bruce was there within hours and was able to get our aging unit running. Just fine at a very reasonable cost.

Aaron and Jeramy were professional and courteous. They finished the job quickly and were very willing to answer any questions that I had during the installation.

First annual winter checkup since putting in a new furnace and Gian, the tech, was timely and attentive to questions. He was pleasant and did a great job! Thank you to Gian and Buckeye!!

As always, the Buckeye technicians as courteous and through. Marc was very professional also, in explaining all that he had done to ensure continued operation of our furnace.

I have not checked any information about the cost as we have a maintenance agreement with Buckeye.

Aaron was polite, professional, and effective. My plumbing issue was identified and thoroughly explored. Repair estimate appears to be high compared to national average but may justify quality of work which is high.

I was impressed that the service person called and told me he would be here in about 20 minutes. And he was and it was right in the window of when I was told . He was very polite and cleaned my furnace in the amount of time he said it would take. He even told me I had another month on my filter. When I call in the spring I hope he is the same service man who comes to do my AC unit.

Johan Gil did a fantastic job servicing our heating system! He was very prompt, personable and highly knowledgeable. He meticulously cleaned the burners of our unit and we are good to go through the winter. I highly recommend Buckeye as we have had them for many years and can rely on them to handle and repairs or service. Thank you Buckeye and Johan !!!

Dylan with Buckeye was so helpful answering all of our questions when our heat went out over a weekend, during the winter. We are thankful they got the part in and were able to fix our furnace quickly.

Brian from Buckeye Heating, Cooling and Plumbing was punctual and called ahead when he was on his way! I was coming back into town from a business trip and wasn’t sure what to expect as this system has never been serviced and Brian came in ready to help! I made the appointment online the night before when the AC went out and the process was very easy and smooth! Since this is my daughter’s house, I was looking for an HVAC service company that could do the job and provide trustworthy service for a reasonable price. Very easy to work with and I signed up for the HVAC monthly service which really is an inexpensive investment to keep peace of mind. I can say they’re dad and Toby the Boerboel approved! Brian is dog friendly and the pups were happy with the quick service so they could cool down! Very honest and I can easily recommend them for your HVAC needs.

Kyle kept us informed on his arrival time. He was well mannered, knowledgeable, polite and informative. Thoroughly check our furnace and answered my many questions to my satisfaction faction. Button up our furnace after testing and inspection. It was a great experience. Highly recommend Buckeye.

Buckeye installed our furnace nine years ago and has done a great job of inspecting and maintaining it ever since. Ryan did a great job again today cleaning and inspecting it today. Thanks to his knowledge and assistance we’ve never had a day without heating or cooling during that time.

Very thorough. Got a whole home humidifier repaired and working that had not been working for 6 years. Or technician Brian was thorough and a problem solver and very personable and friendly. Would recommend

I'm so happy and pleased with my technician Chris, he went above and beyond to help me. I am an out-of-state property owner and had a huge issue and he not only resolved the issue He walked me through the whole process and explained it thoroughly. Mike did an excellent job. He came right in, got to work, and completed quickly. He also followed his checklist to-the-letter (I saw him check the items off), and he even buttoned everything up nicely when he was finished (turned off basement lights, closed all doors). This was a great customer experience.

Had drainage problems, Zachary was prompt,very professional, methodically completed clean out of drains. I chose the $1.to $100 range for payment because that was my clean out, I did order some bio treatment which increased the payment amount but was not part of the fee for the drain clean out so did not include it.Thanks
