John has 10 years’ experience with a large Columbus plumbing company. The toilet in our half bath in our new house was worn out, heavily shimmed, and installed on a lead toilet flange. John replaced the lead flange and installed a new Kohler one piece Santa Rosa toilet. The toilet is now level, has no shims, looks great and flushes like a champ. John also repaired the vent lines. I would use John again and highly recommend him.

We came back from a vacation to discover that Columbia Gas had replaced the gas meter on the outside of our 35-year-old house, and in doing so discovered a gas leak and turned off our gas – so no heat and no hot water.

We called John and he came out promptly and carefully worked through finding the gas leak. In the end he had to cut through some drywall to access the leaking place and fix it; in doing this he cut out the pieces very neatly and carefully to facilitate the necessary drywall repair. John was very knowledgeable, prompt, friendly, explained things very well, and his office was very responsive in communications with us. He’ll be our go-to guy for anything plumbing from now on!

A.P.P. is a family business, and it shows in the quality of their work. Gavin and Dan were very efficient and professional. Gavin did a great job explaining what was needed before they began and reviewed the finished job to make sure I was comfortable that everything had been done to my satisfaction. In the past, I’ve paid way too much for far less service from other plumbers, but I’ll stick with A.P.P. from now on. I highly recommend them!

Affordable Professional Plumbing did an amazing job. Our shower fixtures needed to be replaced due to a leak and our toilet needed to be replaced. They not only did the job well but they cleaned up after themselves and even threw in some tips for maintenance. The price was definitely reasonable. I'll hire them again for sure!

John is fantastic. He clearly wanted to repair my plumbing and not just sell me something newer and more expensive. And he gave lots of free advice about my hot water heater, the slow flow to the shower, and the kitchen pipes that like to freeze. I highly recommend. He's also a loyal Buckeye!

Called Affordable Professional Plumbing in the morning because we noticed a leak in our water heater (old unit). John (owner) came out around lunch time and evaluated it. He explained everything clearly and gave us multiple options. He also didn't try to pressure us into more expensive solutions. He replaced the unit same day which took about 2 hours. Pricing was on the lower end compared to the bigger companies and the quality and care was top notch. John gave excellent service, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend John and Affordable Professional Plumbing to anyone who needs quality service from a local small business who cares about it's clients.

Excellent Service – Fast & Professional!
I had a plumbing emergency and called A.P.P., and they had Gavin and Dan (terrible with names hope I remembered that correctly :) ) at my door within an hour. They quickly diagnosed the issue and had the leak fixed in just 30 minutes! Both were professional, efficient, and clearly knew their stuff. The whole process was smooth, and the service exceeded my expectations. Will definitely do business with them again. Highly recommend!

We've used APP for years, and we're always happy with thier work! John did a fantastic job installing a new sink from scratch in our laundry room, a new faucet in our bathroom, and changing our filters for a reasonable price and with great professionalism. He's fair and highly competent. He even helped us out the next day over with the office a minor unrelated issue that came up with our washer. Would absolutely have him back if we need anything else plumbing related.

We’ve been working with John & his team for years. One of the most reasonably priced plumbing companies in central Ohio! Couldn’t ask for better service or quality of work!

These guys are really phenomenal. They came out here and was here, maybe, tops, 15 minutes. I had a water pipe blow. Luckily it only went to the outside spigot so all they had to do was cap it.
