i can’t fully give Simply Service the proper amount of praise it deserves in a review. very professional, trustworthy, and fantastic work! my house sits on a slab and i had an old iron drain pipe which was clogged, broken, and leaking wastewater into my furnace ductwork. on the first visit, they located the break with a camera, and on the second visit, they replaced the broken section (which needed to be accessed by jackhammer!) and poured the new concrete. they also added in an access port, in case that area has any further issues.

i’m so glad that i called them for handling this project. they definitely deserve more stars than 5!

I have used this company a few times and I have been completely satisfied with their service and all of the employees knowledge and courteous treatment of my property and my family. I had a problem in my house and several plumbers suggested what they thought would solve it at very expensive costs to me. My insurance company told me to contact Simply Service and they fixed that problem quickly and efficiently. I definitely suggest this company as very good and efficient company.

If you are in need of drain cleaning or a repaired / relined main, Simply Service is the company to call! I had a broken sewer main in my yard that caused a backup. Simply Service was able to locate the issue quickly and able to repair with no issues because of their knowledge and technology! Fast, friendly and great communication!

Simply Service Sewer & Drain did a great job fixing our cracked sewer line in the foundation of our house. I had two other contractors give me a price that was more than double what they charged us. They completed the whole job and clean-up in a few hours. They were friendly and knowledgeable, I would definitely recommend using these guys!

5 Star all the way! Frank was timely, attentive, pleasant, and explained everything professionally. I had a pipe blockage with no ability to use any plumbing, and everything was corrected at a very reasonable price. I even asked him to give me a quote for another project!!!

Truly a great company! We were having issues with our drains backing up and called a plumber out. He was there for 6 hours and couldn’t fix the issue. We called Simply Service in the evening and they showed up first thing in the morning. Diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed the issue. Not only did they fix the problem but they were incredibly thorough cleaning drains throughout the restaurant to prevent issues from happening again. Very professional and highly recommended!

Simply Service Sewer and Drain are true professionals! Frank and his team are quick to respond when you need them most. I had a drain issue causing water to backup in my house. Within an hour, Simply Service was at my door and fixed our issue within minutes!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND: Frank and his son just left after fixing our sewer lines. He was able to diagnose and repair the problems. He kept me well—informed as he progressed. They made sure things were cleaned up, including the holes they dug to get access to the pipes. They were very pleasant to work with. I believe they charged a reasonable amount for the work they did.

Called Simply Service in the morning, technicians were out in the afternoon. They did a thorough assessment of the problems and proceeded to correct all issues. Simply Service personnel is professional and were respectful of my property. They were my third quote. I highly recommend their work ethic. I won't hesitate to call them in the future.

Frank did a fantastic job unclogging my kitchen sink drain and installed a new trap so it's easier to snake in the future. Very professional and friendly! Will use them again in the future if I have any other issues they can fix!

Wow! I am a first time customer, and Frank not only offered excellent customer service, but he fit us in to his schedule the same day! I am so grateful!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Today, we had a problem with kitchen drain pipe (which was found to be frozen). To compound the issue, I had a mechanical auger get stuck in the pipe! Frank and his team went out of their way to come to our home, in single-digit temperatures, in just a couple of hours. It turned out to be a difficult job due the house configuration as well as how the plumbing was initially done when we renovated the original property. His team was extremely fast and provided incredible service! We will be using his company again later this year to improve the drain system. We are grateful to him and his team!
