Not professional and mailbox sounds unprofessional and is always full

Maria’s cleaning has been cleaning our house for a few months. She normally sends her crew and once in a while she will come along her crew. Her cleaner who used to come a young Latino girl is always on the phone while cleaning and did a terrible job. They just wiped the tub and shower with no scrubbing or running any water. Last week I had asked one of the ladies if they could vacuum the rugs in the bathroom and she did it for me. So today I received a call from Maria telling me she does not like us telling her crew what to do. Sometime things change and people might have a different need a particular week. If she wants to decide what to do at my house it is not happening. Very arrogant and rude! Terrible experience.
