Able to complete repairs within hours of phone call. Affordable price. Very polite and professional.

Ron was extremely responsive and very professional. Highly recommended.

Very professional. Answered the call and service that was needed, gave a few tips and respected the noise level due to working during nap time which was great! Will use in the future

Directly answered the phone gave gave a reasonable estimate and a window of time for service. Then came on time to the minute and worked diligently to get the job done right and quickly for my gas line.

We have used him twice and I will say I have never been happier with a plumber. In the future we won’t call anyone else.

Ron was on time and found the problem immediately. He got the work done quickly and my faucet is working better than ever!

Great to work with. Called them with a couple leaks on a water line in the afternoon and they were out the next day! Very reasonably priced too. Felt like I was not being taken advantage of. Will use them from now on.

Ron is knowledgeable, fast, and reasonable. He quickly found our leak, repaired it, and made everything look as good as new. I highly recommend him.

Had Ron install a gas line for our new stove. Did an awesome job. Highly recommend him. Calling him again this week for another job we have.

Ron's a great guy, and really well priced. Used Potter Plumbing to hook up a wet bar sink during a basement remodel. Extremely impressed with the quality of workmanship and speed of install!

Ron responded quickly to our need for service. He was professional and knowledgeable. He did everything we requested in a timely manner. We will use Potter Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs.

Ron was very prompt, professional & clean. We appreciate that he took care of all our requests (even the last minute ones) & finished up the jobs in 1 visit. He was very helpful & resourceful. I highly recommend!

Ron has completed a few jobs for me and I can say his work is fantastic. Always super professional and pretty quick to get things complete. Very reasonable pricing for the work that is being done. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing plumbing jobs done (and already have).

Ron was very quick to respond. He came out to our office the next day, took care of our issue and was done within an hour. He was prompt, polite and knowledgeable. He was also so very nice. I will call him again for any of my plumbing needs.

Ron did excellent work for us. He installed an RO water filter and sump pump in a couple hours. He was very nice, professional and reasonably priced. I will be using his services in the future.

Ron does good work. He shows up on time, gets the job done and charges a fair price.
Ron Potter is a good first option for your plumbing needs.

I can't say anything about Potter Plumbing's actual service work but if it's anything like their "customer service" then I'm glad I don't know. I have called Potter Plumbing a handful of times for a water heater I need replaced because they are in my area and I like to support local businesses. Often times no one answers the phone but when they do, I get the run around, multiple different quotes, placed on hold for overly-long durations of time and talked at like I am inferior to whoever is on the other end of the phone at the time. I have given up trying them and will seek out another local plumbing company because of this. I'm probably fortunate though, as I'm sure their field techs are just as bad if not worse than their office workers.
