Mike did a fantastic job on our large white shag rug. He and his associate showed up on time, they were very friendly and extremely knowledgable. Definitely recommend.

Squeezed me in on a Friday when I urgently needed to have them remedy a stain on a sofa seat cushion. I had tried to clean it myself but made it worse. Didn't want the stain to set over the weekend and they came the same say I sent out my SOS. Then they went ahead and cleaned the whole sofa and a matching armchair upon request as long as they were here.
