Brad had been working on getting our yard completed for about a year. It has turned out beautifully, sure was a lot of work.

Apparently my original review didn’t post. The crew was prompt and courteous. What would have taken me two days to edge and spread mulch along with a sore back took them less than 2 hours. Money well spent. Highly recommend them

THIS place does NOT trim trees. I was misdirected to them via google. Didn't seem too happy to get my inquiry. They are probably great landscapers, but I will never know

Submitted the form on the website asking if we could get an estimate on some landscaping work. Brad reached out to me via text the next day and came out very quickly to talk about what we wanted to do. He advised that he would get back to me with an estimate for the work in about a week. After not hearing from him for two weeks I texted him to see if he had a chance to do the quote yet. Never heard back. Texted one more time a week later, again without a response. It’s now been 6 weeks. I am assuming our job was not big enough for them so they didn’t want to do it, but if that is the case just tell me. It’s very unprofessional to just ghost potential clients.

Updating based on owner’s response, which is definitely misleading. I don’t know why you have no records of my attempts to communicate with you, I still have the unanswered messages on my phone from the same number where I was previously communicating with you. Further, Brad had mentioned you were very busy, which is why I mentioned that I didn’t need him to spend tons of time on sophisticated plans and designs, we weren’t looking for anything fancy and wanted to make his life as easy as possible. In no way did this come across as us not wanting you to do the work, because when Brad left he stated he would get us an estimate in about a week. Why would he say that if he left with the impression that we didn’t want you to do the job? Lastly, he called me yesterday evening, and I was unable to take the call. I didn’t want to call back late so I was waiting until this morning, so please do not make it sound as if I was the unresponsive one. I should also add that in Brad’s voicemail he blamed the issue on a new CRM system that was not working correctly, so there seem to be a few different excuses on your end. At this point I have said all I need to say, I wish you and your company the best and I am sorry it did not work out in my case.
