I have rental properties in Ohio and just called the service people based on reviews. They answered right away and were out fixing my plumbing problem within a day. My tenant is pretty leery of people coming in the house, but he called and texted me to tell me that Kyle , the service guy , was really nice and was able to take care of the problem in no time.

I've had Matt come for plumbing work twice now, and will always call them first for any future work. He's reliable, knowledgeable, and gets things done quickly and efficiently. Some of the other local outfits I've contacted are a bit too aggressive and opportunistic, and treat me as though I know zero about basic plumbing. Working with the Service People/Matt has always been pleasurable.

I was scheduled quickly and the work was done in a timely manner. Kyle listened to my concerns, fixed the problems and cleaned up all in a very professional manner. I highly recommend The Service People for your plumbing needs.

My hot water heater went out overnight. I called the Service People at 7 A.M. Matt was at our house within an hour. He diagnosed the issue, gave me some options and the cost associated with each one. We chose to repair the hot water heater. He got the parts to repair the thermostat and heating element and was done before noon. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. The cost to repair it was very reasonable. I am glad that I called them and would recommend their services to anyone with hot water tank issues.

Matt was fantastic and got our hot water heater working again. Another plumbing company said I need to replace an expensive gas controller and probably the whole tank (it is only 8 years old). Matt assessed the situation and cleaned the flame sensor and it works like new. Was expecting a huge bill but turned out he only charged me for a service visit. Amazing customer service, honest repairman, and great pricing. They are my permanent call for plumbing needs. Thanks again

Kyle was my technician this morning.He fixed multiple issues in my home today . My garbage disposal that was leaking and some issues with my shower. He even installed a new shower head that was not part of the work order. He was very respectful, polite and kind. Thank you so much Kyle!

When I called The Service People to schedule our appointment, Stephanie on the phone was a delight and got us scheduled for the next day. Mike called before he arrived and was extremely friendly and efficient. He fixed our issue within a half hour and was kind enough to take a few minutes to speak to our warranty company as well. The Service People continue to be our go to for plumbing needs. Kyle came out to replace a hose bib and and a shut off, battery back up for our sump pump and a new toilet. He was quick, efficient, professional and friendly. He did the due diligence to scope the toilet drain to confirm that the issue was not a blocked drain before letting me know we needed to replace the toilet. Great service!
