Great experience from start to finish. They came out quickly to give an estimate on the job. Quoted me on price right then and there. I thought it was a fair price. Brandon came back and did the work. He was friendly and professional and did a great job. I highly recommend these guys!!

I had an excellent experience with Cardinal Plumbing & Drain today. After the severe storms in Northeast Ohio in late March, our sump pump’s backup alarm had been ringing continuously, and we needed help fast.

We initially contacted the company that installed the sump pump, but they quoted us nearly $2,000 for the repair—then offered what they called a “discount” to $1,550 because we were a previous customer. That didn’t sit well with us, so we decided to seek referrals.

Although I know the owner of Cardinal Drain, Scott Finnegan, through my son (they attended Orange High School together), the recommendation that really gave us confidence came from our Village Chief Building Official, who spoke highly of Cardinal’s work.

Today, technician Brandon arrived and was personable, professional, and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the issue and, within 15 minutes, had identified the solution to what was truly a dirty job. Brandon consulted with Scott regarding parts and labor, then provided an estimate that was roughly half the cost of the original company’s quote.

Even better, our sump pump was fully repaired and working again in less than 90 minutes.

I truly appreciate the outstanding service from Brandon and Scott Finnegan. Cardinal Drain has earned a very satisfied customer, and I will gladly join the long list of people who enthusiastically recommend them to anyone looking for quality work, honest pricing, and exceptional customer service.

Scott has been my plumber for many years. You would be wise to hire him and his team for your job. He is extremely knowledgeable of all the inner workings of multiple homes of mine and has solved many problems quickly and effectively. Cardinal Plumbing is amazing! I found them during a stressful time when I had a gas leak at my grill, and other companies were giving me the runaround. They responded to my late-night texts, told me exactly what I needed to order, and promised to come out as soon as the parts arrived. They kept their word, showed up on time, and fixed the issue quickly and professionally.

I had a leaking, rusty natural gas pipe under my deck, not easy to get to. The guys from Cardinal Plumbing did a fantastic job of replacing that pipe and checking and replacing all other connections. They were friendly, and answered any questions I had. All around great service.

Kristafer from Cardinal brought a plethora of tools and equipment and handled the problem without any issues.
